Subway

This Subway is THE BEST one in Coral Springs — situated in the Lakeview Publix Plaza. I regularly go to Subways but this one is my ‘go to’ Subway because of the customer service, cleanliness and quality. I used to work in Miami and the Subways down there are A NIGHTMARE… hard to communicate what you want on a sandwich, messy, employees don’t care… anyway…this one is amazing! The manager at this store is often on the line making sandwiches during lunch hour. I watch employees closely to see if they are changing gloves etc. and they are and keeping up with the hygiene practices. Vegetables are fresh always, employees care about what the are doing… and the bread seems to be improving in flavor. The menu and options are easy to read and it is not one of those cluttered Subways with information everywhere. I mean we are coming to Subway because we want a SUB… not a zillion million things that don’t make sense. This one is in a Publix plaza — so they are obviously competing with Publix deli subs. It is always busy here… as it is at Publix… but Publix is SUCH A HASSLE at the deli because they don’t have enough people working there to make you a sub quickly — and so many people in line they can’t manage the situation. Subway has it going on and gets you out the door in 5 minutes ! Who wants to waste their lunch hour waiting on the deli workers at Publix? Not me ! Subway all the way. Enjoy!

Every employee here is extremely nice, they make your sandwiches as if they were making their own. Very good customer service.

I go here all the time and went there this morning and saw some new faces and have been noticing that lately at this location. I asked the mgr about that and he said a lot of them left to go back to school or moved away which whole I’m glad they r trying to do better for themselves I am sad to see them go. But as usual the service was great and the new people seem to be friendly and have a good attitude just like the people that have been there lately. They now sell pizza and I tried it the other day and got it this morning and will say that their pizza is very very good. Defiantly worth trying if u want something other than a sub or salad from there. Place is also always clean and food is always fresh.
