I was very satisfied with the services I received. The 800 number to schedule an appointment was very helpful and understood my needs. The doctors were nice and treated me well. Getting my tooth extracted was even better. I did not feel a thing. Dr. Seider is excellent!

Let me start out by saying this:
If I was able to rate this office 0 stars, I would.
I have been a compliant patient at Gentle Dental for many years and haven’t had any complaints — the hygienist work, cavity fillings, and other minor procedures were acceptable. I was a long-​time customer and had no major issues with the place. However, my feelings toward this specific office have completely reversed within the past week.
My daughter uses a retainer (custom made with implanted teeth, so fairly expensive) and was asked to remove it so they could clean it. When returned to her, there was a visible break in the front of it. Not just a minor crack, but a portion of one of the teeth implanted it it had chipped. But that’s not the worst part. When I spoke to the manager about it, the hygienist immediately said that the retainer was chipped before she cleaned it. Completely knowing that this was incorrect, I asked why she didn’t inform us about the «pre-​existing chip» before she cleaned it. The reply was «we assumed you knew». Office manager said that she would take care of it and even scheduled another appointment for us to come back and discuss it with their orthodontist on how to fix it. When we went back almost a week later, instead of an appointment with the orthodontist, the manager told us it wasn’t necessary to see him. Instead, all that she was willing to do for us was to take my daughter’s retainer and send it out to their lab. Knowing it was a special made retainer I did not feel comfortable risking how her retainer would eventually come back to us. And worse than that, my 16 year old daughter would have to go without her two front teeth while her retainer was being repaired.
I am completely unsatisfied with this office and its service. I would never again step foot in it, nor would I advise anyone else to.

A recent visit to Gentle Dental «GD» caused me a lot of stress. However, it was not related to my teeth or gums, but rather the questionable sales tactics, applied. Soon after the Doctor completed his examination, I was approached by a GD employee. She provided four different quotations for treating my fractured tooth. The quotes were based upon my non insured status. As I’m reviewing the cost with said employee, I could never quite get an answer to what an insurance company would reimburse GD, versus me paying cash? She decides to leave the room and speak to her «manager.» Upon her return, the manager decided to reduce my quote by almost 30%. It just felt like a visit to a used car dealership versus a trip to a clinicians office. Lastly, this office will bill for your initial exam and provide a diagnosis. Then promptly bill again with a second exam, which was in my case, a Periodontist — who simply confirms the first diagnosis. Hence, I decided not to have the procedure at GD of Coral Springs.

I have been an Office Manager for over 20 years for a physician and I know how important a supportive staff is to the practice. The front girls are all great (Marsha, Brenda, Alicia– awesome!)very accommodating. Very understanding. The assistants in the back (Gene and Kathy — LOVE THEM!) Dr Posner walked me step by step through my root canal and was absolutely wonderful– Excellent bedside manner. Dr Ucross is phenomenal. He explains everything in detail and is very thorough and caring. Love this office, and for me, having gone through a traumatic dental experience in the past in another practice, that is huge. I appreciate each and every one of them.
