Pak Mail

Wish I could give no starts. I normally do not write reviews unless the service is consistent bad. And it is beyond terrible at this location. First of all it is a rip off — they triple all charges and always give excuses for it — like Oh rates went up! When they should just say that they charges their own fees — that would be honest and not sketchy.
Second, the lady is simply RUDE she is nasty. She always makes you feel like she is doing you a favor and not providing a service. Yesterday I wento drop a box and had a question — I was waiting for her to get off the phone so just sit there politely. She turns to me and say «why are you waiting if you are just dropping off?» I said I had a question I said — she responds «cant you see I am on the phone?» Just plain rude.
Third they are not in the customer service business, but they are on the I want to get your money at all costs business — I needed a two inch tape to close a portion of one of my boxes and she wanted to charge USD 5 for that piece of tape… HORRIBLE. Do not do business with them.

I don’t usually take the time to write a negative review (feels like bad Karma). However, this was so terrible of an experience I must:
The woman at Pak Mail refused to print a receipt on a laptop I was shipping. She said she forgot and that it was too hard for her to re-​enter the information needed to give me a receipt.
When I explained that this was necessary for such an expensive item and that she should follow the «customer is always right» motto, she replied, «ooooooh, I am sooooooo sorry… you’re soooooo right… I am soooooo wrong».
OMG, is this woman 12 years old?! I was floored with such an attitude.
Go across the street to the Tunies plaza for nicer customer service.

I have had a great experience with this store and look forward to using them again. We went to ship a sculpture on Thursday to go to Ashville NC. We had them pack it and it arrived in perfect condition on Monday. I’ve never seen anything packed so well before and no peanuts, WHAT A PLEASURE. Could not be happier with service, thank you so much.

This store is an absolute rip off and is stealing money from its customers. I have mailed many things from there for business and personal, international mail included. I went to the USPS one day instead and realized how much this PAK MAIL was robbing their customers. They charge DOUBLE the USPS charges and just tell you that this is the rate, without letting you know the real rate PLUS their charge for convenience. Stupidly I just took another piece of mail to be sent internationally and it was a small envelope, they charged me a ridiculous $ 2.10 and when I questioned it, they said «The rates went up» When i looked up the rate on USPS it is $ 1.05. They charged me double!!! Unreal. It is disgusting that they do business this way and I will be sure to let all my friends and family as well as my place of business know NOT to use Pak Mail again.
