Monkey Joe’s

This place is a joke, first of all they advertise wacky Wednesday (½ price entry) and then when you go on Wednesday its all of a sudden No longer available even though it’s still up on the website. 2^nd, the temperature in there is about 80* so your kids might as well play on an outdoor playground. Very disappointing, will not waste my money going back

Great place for my almost 2 son. A bit pricey for the arcade side. Overall, my son loves it.

This is one of my daughter’s favorite places and we visit it frequently. It used to be a wonderful place. Unfortunately the latest experiences have been really bad. Today, tons of older kids (11– 12 yrs or more) were pushing and running around absolutely careless of smaller kids, jumping between inflatables from the top of them, throwing themselves to the external walls of the toddlers’ inflatable and creating a terrible environment. The staff is not managing this properly and very few of them attempted to do something about it. I will really think again before coming back.

Took the kids here for a fun filled day! They had a blast! It was clean and the staff was very helpful. We will definitely return.

Came here with our 3 year old son on a play date! He had such fun time. Its very clean and lots of space for parents!

Took my son for the first time last week on a weekday so I knew it would be less crowded. I thought it was a really cute place. WAAAY cleaner that i thought it would be and had a lot to keep my son busy. arcade section., café, free-​wifi, massage chair for the parents, and plenty of bouncy houses for all age ranges.
My son is barely two and although I loved the place for him I think he was just a little freaked out by the unknown and his lack of «control» in the bouncy houses when other older kids were jumping around him. For now he loved just running through the arcade, playing games and pressing all the buttons. Im sure in a few months and a couple more trips to get him used to it he wont want to leave!
OH and I loved how there is someone always manned at the door so no kids accidentally slip out and for the most part you can sit in the café or towards the back at the tables and watch your kids no matter where in the building they are playing.
Will definitely be back! :)

Affordable, clean and fun!

I just had my sons 6^th birthday party there. The service was HORRENDOUS!!!
My so called «PARTY PRO» was never in the room. I had to keep walking out to find her! I had to find my own napkins, plates, utensils, etc for my guests when they ran out. The soda pitchers were not being refilled and the kids juices were not being refilled. Food that needed utensils were not supplied. I guess they wanted us to use our fingers to scoop up dressing? I had to cater to all 70 of my guests and I wasn’t able to enjoy the party or my son for that fact. The owner then tried to charge me more for my food and sneak in an exorbitant tip for the party pro who did absolutely nothing! The owner also told me I should be grateful he let me use a coupon I found in the paper for $ 25 off. That’s one I haven’t heard before. I would never recommend anyone having a party at this specific location. I will say the facility is brand new and clean and the kids did have a good time.

We went here for my son’s 3^rd bday. It was nice and clean. We went here on a Monday and there’s like 3 groups of family so it wasn’t crowded. The kids had fun because they have the place to themselves. The downsize is they don’t allow to bring food from outside but they can order food for you for delivery. So we order papa johns pizza. Well, over all its great for kids!

This was a really nice monkey Joe’s. I don’t know if it was because of the new location but it seemed very clean and the bounce houses were nice. We enjoyed a nice time and it wasn’t too expensive either.
