Bed bugs!!! This place is as dirty as they come. Smells like pet-fresh carpet deodorizer and mold. Hockey team stayed there. Had several leave with bed bugs. Stay away!!!

Pet friendly hotel. That was the reason. So far wonderful service, clean room, everything in the order. I typically stay at Hilton but I needed a good rate($ 55) to stay for several days for business. The staff were very accommodating with my request for the quietest corner room on the top floor with king size bed. I liked it. Especially that it was very affordable and very quiet for long term stay. I even was pleasantly surprised to have a small balcony overlooking the pool.

I had to go up to Coral Springs for a night and La Quinta was the only hotel within 5 miles of my destination. Looked decent enough, decided to stay. First off, the first thing I noticed was the refrigerator was broken; was making really loud noises /had to unplug it. Later on I was getting ready for bed and I noticed that there were bugs crawling around on the floor. Which made me curious, I started looking around and there were blood stains on the carpet. My advise, don’t stay here.

This hotel is very affordable and cozy. I am a margate resident and went there for a good night and it’s not that bad. Believe me I’m picky and like stuff been clean so I checked everything even under the mattress and it was neat and clean. I’m pleased!

If it wasn’t so late when we arrived I would have left and gone someplace else! The room was so small, there was a shower curtain as a door for the closet. There was food on the floor by the side of the bed. The entire room smells like stale smoke and wet dog. The ceiling is falling off in the shower. A lightbulb is out above the sink. The bathroom is so small, if someone opened the door while you were in the toilet, they would hit your knees. It’s just all around nasty. I feel dirty being here but unfortunately we are now stuck. I joined Unilocal just to write this review. That’s how upset I am. I want to give this place less than one star! I’m pretty sure LaQuinta translates into«Nasty» in English. Update: In the two hours since I posted this, I’ve killed three bugs. Three. The first one was just a «it’s Florida, I understand all the nasty bugs are everywhere» freebie. But the two after that? My skin is crawling. I’d go sleep in my car but the only thing scarier than the inside of this place, is the parking lot.

Consistently low priced. Not any shabbier than its nearby low priced competition. Nothing to get excited about either. Tired lobby, tired hallways, tired rooms. Oddly the maids carts and several construction carts seem to live in the main hallway on the first floor, reminding one of a hostel in Istanbul.

Don’t go here. It’s very convenient but you will get low customer service and a low quality stay. You pay for what you get.

Excellent location in Coral Springs. Rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and well insulated. AC worked great all night. Loved the pool area and the staff was very informative and friendly. This location is excellent paved walking to nail salon, Barnes and Nobles, Starbucks, Cheese Gourmet, and several other options. Great site.
