I fully regret taking my phone to get repaired here. Paid about $ 140 for my iPhone 6+ screen to get fixed. 2 months later the screen starts completely peeling off from the top. It’s almost as if the screen was glued with a glue stick. I planned to go back and have them fix it but that same night my phone fell and it cracked again. I have the best protection on it and it didn’t even drop from a high place. I’m certain it was due to the loose screen. I have spoken to some of my friends about it and they all tell me to stay away from there and how they do such a poor job. Wish I had read the reviews on them. It pains me to write bad reviews but I really don’t wish for anyone else to have this happen to them. Go somewhere else!

My wife goes there to repair her iPhone 6. Charged her 140 to repair. Gets phone and less than 10 minutes the screen starts cracking. Goes back there and guy tells her that he knows why it’s cracking and they’ll repair. No explanation and unsure of workmanship, she gets her money back and they put back her original screen. No sorry or nothing! STAY CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE !!!

I waked in to ifixandrepair last Thursday 10÷22÷15 to fix my iPhone 6 screen, Alex Tone «took care or me». My iPhone 6 was cracked. He charged me $ 120 to repair which is $ 10 less than posted not he site. The manager stated «i really need this sale», which was an indication his franchise/​sales were plummeting. I decided I might as well fix it here, its close to my office and he «needs» the sale. It was a win/​win situation, although there are places that would repair the screen for a lot less. Today 10÷26÷15, i went in because emu screen is broken again. He would not fix it and when I told him I had no more money he stated the best he could do was $ 80. I had a 90 day warranty (which he didn’t hand me a copy of). I asked if he could please do the courtesy since it had been 4 (FOUR) days. He would not budge. I was extremely frustrated because it was a bad job… It broke from underneath the screen protectant, sometimes its just a bad job. I had not dropped my phone, it was in my purse all weekend, I tossed the purse ingot he driver side. But I believe it was just not done correctly or a bad job. Not his fault because sometimes that happens, even if your the expert at what you do. It was his inability to repair it and try to get another $ 80 out of me. I would hope he is not that desperate to purposely do a bad job to extort more money. In any case, ifixandrepar and Coral Square Mall in Coral Springs, FL are robbers and very bad at customer service.
In any case, this has been submitted to the better business bureau, the ifixandrepair national facebook page and submitted to the customer service department.
Ive read on Unilocal that other locations will replace the screens if broken, why won’t this location? Its a matter of character and Alex… You really needed that sale, well I really needed you to show some grace today.

We had an iPhone fixed by these people, and bought a case from them at the same time. Not even a few months later, the phone is dropped from less than three feet onto a wood floor, and developped a small crack across the face of it. It is completely dead. I brought it to them, and they tell me the warranty doesnt cover it.
1) I asked the question explicitly when I had them fix it the first time, and was told that the warranty does cover if it breaks again.
2) I bought the protective case from them. At the very least, they should honor the warranty when the phone should have been protected by their merchandise
3) When an iPhone breaks the screen, it should still work. Ive seen big chunks of glass missing and it still works. This is just a small crack and the screen is completely dead? This is cheap, crappy parts.

On the phone they said $ 100 to fix the broken screen. When i got there they said $ 140. Had to go there 3 times because the screen came off twice and the 3^rd time I couldn’t hear the callers.

Do not go here. Poor customer service. Took my cracked iphone in and they were nice and put a new screen in. A week later the glass on the acreen is coming off and I cannot hear people when receiving calls. Took the phone back in and was told it will take 30 minutes to fix. I come back 30 minutes later and the phone is not fixed. The works are sitting around in the back. I will refuse to go to the place as they do crappy work and the workers are useless.

Took my laptop in because the shift key came off and they were really expensive. They were ok I’m the helpful department but I wouldn’t go back.

After purchasing a case and inquiring about a refund (the case was sub par) the teenager working said in a VERY unprofessional way, «no can’t help ya». It’s understandable if there is a no refund policy, but the PROFESSIONAL way to handle it is: «I’m sorry. We do not give refunds. Again I’m sorry, but there’s nothing I can do». This place WILL go out of business if they don’t learn the concept of Customer SERVICE!
