Dunkin’ Donuts

Not a good Dunkin. The woman who works the register (I think she must be a manager) is always barking orders and yelling at the other employees. Instead of just grabbing something easily herself she’ll sit there and yell at an employee while holding up the entire order and pick up process.
I’ve never seen a Dunkin run out of coffee or doughnuts but this one does fairly regularly. They aren’t good at planning ahead and frequently direct people to another store on Westview. How is it that the Westview location can always be stocked up and this one isn’t?

I shouldn’t even have a star for this but I had to pick something. The employees are so rude here, I’m not sure who does the hiring here. But they really need to be more careful as to the type of people they hire. I work in the resturant business so I expect the quality of service I provide to my customers (as any customer should).
I have experienced bad service from this location before, waiting too long for things I ordered that they forgot about, getting my food wrong, but the service I received today was what really sent me over the edge.
When I walked up to the counter to order the lady stared in a different direction for several minutes at nothing then finally looked at me and asked me «What do you want?» And looked very annoyed to have to help me (which is her job). I ordered a medium French vanilla iced latte and I asked for whole milk with that and extra milk and sugar. She stared at me as I said this and didn’t put any of the details into the computer. When she made my coffee she came to me and asked «Do you want whole or skim milk?» I told her «Whole milk» again, which if she had put it in the computer she would’ve known what I wanted, I then repeat after that «I also wanted extra milk and sugar» though she completely ignores me and walks away as I say this. When I get my iced latte it is warm and tastes weird. I tell the guy behind the counter that it wasn’t cold and he added more ice to it. It still tasted like I was sucking down straight syrup though, probably one of the most disgusting coffees I have ever had.
I do like dunkin’s other locations, I’ve ordered this drink at other locations and have never had any problems with how it tasted. Although, this location I find to have bad service and bad food or drinks 9 out of 10 times that I go.
I do not think I’ll be returning to this location anymore, or at least until they decide to hire a friendly staff who can perform these simple tasks (such as making sure that an iced drink is actually cold) more efficiently.

Just took 30 minutes to get a coolata. I wish I was exaggerating. It wasn’t any more busy than usual, there are just some weak links within the staff. Also, my hash browns are soggy.

This is the most convenient Dunkin for me and, thus, a regular in my rotation. No drive through but plenty of parking given it’s in a Publix shopping plaza. The line can get long BUT they are pretty good at moving it along. Not the cleanest Dunkin (given the morning in and out traffic) but I never eat there and only take my coffee to go.
Why don’t I eat there? I’m glad you asked. It’s because they don’t have a single healthy alternative. Is it that difficult to keep some apples or bananas by the register? Some dunkins have fruit so I know it’s not that they are not allowed.
