China Spring III

Ordered food to be extra hot. Picked it up, got it home & bland. Called, don’t think she understood. Took food back and she started to yell at me that the cook put 3 pepper in– very hot. I told her we tasted it and it was bland. She wanted to give me a credit of $ 6.00 on a $ 49.00 order. Had to get food from some place else since there were people waiting home to eat. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Food isn’t good. If you are from New York as it boasts New York style-​you will be very disappointed. Rude, no customer service. Ordered delivery all the food was so overlooked the dumplings were burnt, like black. Called to get replacement she tells me to come by whenever I can and they will replace. She finally agrees. Delivery guy comes back and takes dumplings, looks at them and counts them. I’m like I didn’t eat them they’re burnt to a crisp. He gives me dumplings walks off. No one apologized and I spent almost 30 $ food isn’t that good honestly. I threw out menu they lost a customer. I had been using them for a year because I was desperate. Sometimes you crave Chinese food and then you forget how bad it is. A vicious cycle I finally broke. Go ANYWHERE ELSE.

This place is very good:) I have tried several dishes and some of my favorites include sesame chicken, chicken and mixed vegetables, and pepper steak. They also have great specials.

I love this place. Their shrimp toast, ribs, egg foo young, fried rice, won ton and sweet and sour soup are some of the best I’ve ever had! This is the only local Chinese delivery that my wife and I use.

My experience at china spring III, was not good at all. I ordered delivery by phone. The sesame chicken tasted like fish and was so soggy it was disgusting. If you like mushy fish… get it. The fried rice tasted burnt. They probably need to change oils more frequently. We also ordered BBQ spare ribs which were so tough, the dog couldn’t chew them. The egg rolls are the nasty cheap cabbage ones that you need a knife to cut through the skin to get to the dried out cabbage strips. Horrible, nasty and disgusting. I ended up throwing it all out except for the white rice and fortune cookies. The menus claimed both meals were under $ 8 each. At my door he charged $ 21, so beware the delivery charge is already added. No need to tip!
For good chinese food try uncle KC or red ginger. At least you won’t get sick.

Sorry I can’t give this one zero stars. The food here was absolutely abominable. Hunan chicken had no flavor, no heat. Rice was very sticky in hard clumps. Hot sour soup was nothing more than a cup of unflavored gelatin. Egg rolls are the heat and eat variety, not made fresh. This place should be ashamed to be serving this fare

Actually a pretty decent Chinese takeout place. Normally, I’m willing to travel in order to find tasty and authentic Chinese food. However, there are times when I’m too tired or too lazy and I want something quick and tasty. I gave this place 4 stars for service, speed and because taste really reminds me a of NYC corner store take out spot. Obviously, this is Americanized (fast food) Chinese not the homestyle goodness that you’ll find at authentic restaurants but you’ll find damned good fried rice, chow fun and egg rolls here if you’re in the mood to crash out at home.
Are you into spicy sauce like «house mustard» and «hot oil»? They have that also! It’ll blow your tail right off! Yummy!

Used to love it here but I swore I would never be back after my last experience. I eat here probably once a month (sometimes more, sometimes less) for the past 12 years. On my last visit I received the wrong change but I didn’t realize it till I got home. I called right away and spoke to the older Chinese lady whose always working there. She told me «sorry I can’t help you,» and hung up on me. Wow, really?! The following day I went in and dealt with the young lady who shorted my change. The same old lady came over and told me they were too busy and couldn’t help me at that moment but I kept talking to the young girl anyway. I wasn’t gonna leave them with $ 10 extra after all of the money I’ve spent there. I didn’t appreciate being blown off by the older lady. Especially since she knows me as a loyal customer. The young girl admitted that I received the wrong change and opened the register to give me back the money that was owed to me. The older lady stopped her from giving me the money. The girl and myself had to explain the situation before the old lady finally said OK but seriously if you want my $ 10 that bad that you would rather piss me off and lose me as a customer then you don’t deserve my patronage. BTW the food is ok. I think it used to be better years ago.
