Returned to the restaurant with a group. Management very uncooperative. Waitress tried her best.

Great service! We had waitress Sarah and she was great. I ordered the Fish and Chips and was not very impressed by it which is why i gave 4 stars. Will go back but i hope their menu expands!

We were in Florida recently for some family business, staying in a Comfort Inn, and were dining out for all of our meals. Bonefish was recommended to us, and it sounded like a good alternative to some of the more unhealthy food we were consuming. In short, three of the people in our party of four ordered the butterflied rainbow trout, which was offered with a choice of sauces, and they all loved it and ate everything on their plates. I, on the other hand, ordered the fish tacos, because I have never met a fish taco I didn’t love, until this night. These were pretty awful. The fish seemed to be chopped in tiny pieces, there was a sweet mango sauce on them, the tortillas were damp and limp and overall I thought they were pretty darned poor. I ate one of the three in the entrée and left the rest. I began my meal with a cup of some sort of seafood chowder and it was good, but way too thick. I did have a lovely Moscow Mule to drink, and I must admit, it was excellent. Bonefish is a chain restaurant and I normally do not like chain restaurants because they always seem to be disappointing, and lacking in imagination. However, since my three dinner mates loved their meals, I would actually give a restaurant in the Bonefish chain one more chance, in hopes of snagging a much better meal next time, and hopefully another Moscow Mule(or two!)

Always a pleasure. The ambiance is always elegant yet relaxing. Our waiter Kevin was totally versed in the food and drink menu and took time to understand what we enjoyed eating when we made our selections. So much that I assume hes in culinary school himself. For openers, we had the Bang bang shrimp which is a must have if you are not allergic. I had the Ahi Tuna Bowl which seemed a bit overdone but based on the questions the waiter asked I think some visitors are not used to the almost rare dish, Every experience reminds me that at some restaurants I really need to participate more in the food selection process and explain my likes and dislikes. Point being, if there is a real chef in the kitchen they will be happy to accommodate their guests. Every time I’ve been to Bonefish the staff has bent over backwards. A few years ago, i was freezing the chef lent me his coat so I could enjoy the fish dish he created for me. Warm fuzzy feeling every time.

In January I called days ahead for my reservation for 1 – 23(my birthday.) The person who answered the phone consulted with management and confirmed my reservation in the bar area. When I arrived on the 23rd, I was told by a female manager that we could not have anything in the bar area and were to wait a few minutes for a table in the dining room. My party of 8 went to the table, where we were literally squeezed in. Luckily none of my friends were really big, or the people at the tables next to us would not’ve been able to get in or out. It was a tight for for us and the folks next to us. I’ve been a customer there for years and have brought friends and visitors there as well. We had excellent service and food but this was ridiculous. If there was a problem with the reservation I should’ve been told ahead of time not on arrival! I will think long and hard before returning.

First, Ann is the most amazing host of any restaurant that I’ve ever been to in a long time. Secondly, the service is top notch. We been here 7 – 8 times and we have yet to have a bad meal/service. Lastly, the atmosphere here is great. Probably everyone that comes here seem like regulars and for good reason. 10⁄10 would eat again!

Actually we were disappointed All the hype about this place. We were never told about the specials. I would have ordered crab claws instead of fish and chips The oysters where really over seasoned. As my Mom always told me the oyster should be cut from it’s shell it wasn’t. Doubt we will return.

Had the most wonderful experience at BoneFish Grill today! When for lunch and we were seated immediately. Our waitress name was Juliet she made our experience fantastic. She was attentive, friendly and professional. We started off with two appetizers the Bang Bang Shrimp and the Bang Bang Chicken(since my boyfriend can’t eat shrimp) it was so hot crunchy and fantastic. For our entrée we had the mahi sandwich and fries and the fish tacos. Both were very good but the fish tacos lunch special was the best! It came with Crab and Corn shower soup that was so hot chunky and delicious it’s a must!

I meet my girlfriends here once a month. I decided to come for lunch with my husband. Nice and quiet on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Toby the bartender is serving us and she is wonderful!!! Rick ordered ceviche and a house salad. I ordered pad Thai which I love.

Tania and I after the meeting today decided to go to Bonefish Grill for some tuna sashimi which they do very well. Now usually the owners of these establishments are very vested in their customer experience. Today however they weren’t not even remotely. Our sashimi order was either not placed or just looked over. I ordered the ribeye and my wife ordered the mahi mahi Oscar style. They brought her grouper something and she mentioned they brought her the wrong dish. Well they did not have her dish and would have to make it. Well at this point we decided not to have them make it. A manager never came to our table and they had removed the meal we did not get from the bill. Will be a very long time before we come to bonefish grill again if ever.

I come to this bonefish at least twice a month. We always come for bang bang shrimp $ 6 Wednesday and on weekends. Service is usually very good. Food is delicious and the drinks are just amazing. My favorite is the mango sidecar and my hubby’s the vodka collins. Everyone who tries the bang bang shrimp loves it it’s a must try. They have $ 6 drinks specials every day all day and they are delicious and strong. I love this location. The restaurant was recently remodeled and the ambiance is nice dark lighting with candles in the middle of the tables and very modern.

First time here and it was for brunch. The deal for a drinker like me is spectacular. $ 19.90 for unlimited bubbles or sangria and an entrée. The food is ok, selection was minimal. Our waitress Jaime was super! I had the Crème Brûlée French Toast. It was good, comes with bacon. My husband had the Surf + Turf Eggs Benedict and it was eh. I would only come back for the unlimited drinks that come with the brunch with the girls to start off the day.

Appetizers are good. Beyond that — not worth the calories. Kids menu is — ehhhhh and as far as the entrees; it is more how they are cooked/served than what they are that gets them this rating. Every time I eat here I feel the same. Not sure if it is just this location or a Bonefish standard. But the cook is either too busy or not experienced enough … Paid too much to not really enjoy the meal. Giving it three stars instead of two because the service was good.

I have never been to Bonefish Grill for lunch or dinner, in my mind brunch is where it’s at. On Saturdays and Sundays Bonefish Grill offers brunch until 2pm. The important part here is that there is an option for $ 20 to chose an entrée and endless drinks. It’s the bottomless bubbles brunch. This price really can’t be beat. Anywhere else you go bottomless mimosas are at least $ 10, but usually more like $ 15, so it’s kind of like you’re getting an entrée for $ 5. This was my first time visiting the Coral Springs location and we were greeted with open arms. The hostess saw us coming and opened up the door as we approached. We were seated immediately and started looking over the menu. Our waitress was extremely friendly as well. After I conversed with her for a little too long about our love of dogs(too long for my hungry boyfriend, not for me, I could talk about my dog forever) we ordered our unlimited bubbles. You are given the choice of mimosas, bellinis, and sangria, and you can mix and match as brunch progresses. I love their bellinis so I stuck with that. My boyfriend tends to go with the sangria, which is also delicious. Looking over the menu I was a little disappointed to see that the edamame hummus is no longer offered, but that turned out ok because we went with the calamari appetizer, which is served with an amazing sauce, so no loss there. I learned about a new sauce I love. For our entrees we both chose the bang bang shrimp eggs benedict. I chose steamed asparagus as my side, but made sure my boyfriend went with the potatoes au gratin. This way I got to look like the healthy one, when in reality, I ate just as muchcheesy potatoes as I did asparagus. The bang bang shrimp is always a hit, and the bang bang sauce mixed with the poached egg was a great combo. And by the way, although you may want to be healthy and get the asparagus, the au gratin is definitely worth the extra calories. I was very impressed with the service. With bottomless brunches drink service can be hit or miss, but my bellini was always full(or half empty with one on the way). The staff was not at all pushy with timing and I was even offered another drink after I had finished my entrée. We arrived at the end of brunch at 1pm and seating was no problem, but I can’t speak for earlier. They do take reservations on their website if waiting is a concern. As bottomless brunches go this is definitely one of the best values out there, and it doesn’t skimp on quality.

Great customer service. Got Melissa as our waitress. She’s great and very attentive to our requests. I ordered a mac and cheese for my toddler after our order was made because my kid was sleeping and her food came before ours because it was late nite and she needed to eat asap. Food was really good and I loved the bread they served. The only thing I need to say I disliked was the loud music. Maybe was loud because they were closing…

I like bonefish. It’s a consistently good chain restaurant which changes a few things in their menu every few months for the changing seasons. Number one thing on their menu is their bang bang shrimp no doubt. No other restaurant makes them quite as creamy with the right amount of spices. They have bang bang Wednesdays which I think is the most awful name ever but lol the specials have extended the other items such as bang bang tacos etc which is great. For the summer they have added some fresh lemonade such as blackberry smash which has fresh blackberries muddled with lemons and sprite I think. Whatever the mixture, it was good. Also a summer side order of fresh corn on the Cobb is good. The seafood is fresh with many local fish choices. Good location right on university drive on Coral Springs. Good visit, they take reservations which helps with the wait time.
