I don’t know what got into these people. They were (past tense) managing the condo in which I live, not doing a great job of it but were passable enough. Then they went and got new software for their accounting system which they simply do not have anyone with the skill levels necessary to operate, made a mess out of our accounts, can’t seem to remedy the problems, refuse to do it manually or the old fashioned way when learning their new system and have simply made a jumble of our accounting.
The problem went on for so long with their services being so bad, my association had to finally end up terminating them.
