Ive eaten at two ACFP so far the one in pompano and now the springs location. I started with the happy hour sangria… it wasnt as sweet as I hoped it would be but it had amazing FRESHFRUIT not just a chincey lemon wedge and a cherry floating in it. It was very refreshing and for 6 bucks i was like Im gettin my sangria on NOW! I only had one because i was going to an elite event and did not want to be weird or buzzed. I decided to have the chicken and broccoli rabe sandwich which im assuming is on a pianni(my word for PANINI) because it wasnt regular sliced bread or any type of hoagie roll .it was soft, grilled and went well with the meat and greens. I took one star off because when i went in to use the ladies room the entire toilet bowl was full of toilet paper… not saying someone should go in and check it every hour but… it wasnt usable and when I got back to the table i announced… dont use the bathroom the toilets full of paper .to which my dining companion Goldie C asked, «did you tell them when you came out?» I didnt… i dont know if I should have. but I didnt. Michael C had the roasted wings and so did Brent M goldie c had the salad with chicken. I dont remember what little greshka had(sorry gresh). wait gresh had a sangria like i did… lol…ok i did get a little high from the spanish wine… lol. I enjoy ACFP and if im out in springs i would definitely go back. In pompano I have my most favorite waiter Max take care of me every time i eat at the pompano location. Danielle did an EXCELLENT job serving our table make sure to ask to sit in her section if she working,.shes the best!

The pizza was delicious! Can’t really go wrong with pizza. We ordered a margherita pizza with fresh basil. It was a flat bread pizza. No complaints there. The only thing I was surprised about was them not having garlic powder on the tables. The waitress said they only use fresh garlic. We came to eat and only had 30 minutes to do so. We are our pizza and paid our bill all within that time frame. The waitress was really nice. Good experience. They also offer outdoor seating as well.

I really love this place. We sat at the bar because there was no wait. Come to find out our bartender Angelica is awesome, sweet, and on top of things. I’m in the service industry aswell so I always tend to look at the staff. It was a Saturday night and busy but regardless the staff was up beat and hard working. I’m extremely satisfied with the food(GETTHEWINGS), service and atmosphere :)

Great service, specially for take out, they go to your car and deliver your pizza and take care of your payment, that’s fantastic. Chicken wings are one of the best in town, but they pizza most of the time is burned.

I hadn’t been to Anthony’s in years. I think I went once four or five years ago when I first moved from New York to Florida, decided it wasn’t real pizza and then it just kind of fell off my radar; however, this past Thursday I was looking for a happy hour option in the Coral Springs area. I wanted a place where I could order a bunch of different things as I didn’t want to have to chose one entrée, and I wanted wine. We were actually headed somewhere else on the Sawgrass when I saw the sign for Anthony’s at the next exit and made a quick lane change… it just seemed like a good choice. We parked and entered the restaurant where we were greeted immediately. Because I was more interested in a wine an small bites type of thing we opted to sit at the bar. I didn’t inquire specifically about happy hour because they had drink specials listed on a chalkboard over the bar. $ 3 yuengling, some fancier beers for $ 4, $ 5 house red or white, and $ 6 sangria. Our bartender was friendly and I placed my order for a melot while we looked over the menu. I went back and forth about what exactly to order, but we eventually settled on a small(12″) cheese pizza, a small salad that I requested be made with arugula rather than romaine, an order of eggplant marino, and an order of 10 chicken wings. The waitress understood what we were going for and said she would bring things out as they were ready. The chicken wings and eggplant arrived first. The eggplant is really delicious, sliced extra thin with great texture and flavor, and served with a few focaccia triangles. I didn’t eat the wings, but my boyfriend loved them. They’re pretty unique being coal fired and served with carmelized onions… don’t come here looking for buffalo wings, but these looked much better. The salad and the pizza made their way out next(yes I know we ordered too much, but I wanted to graze on different items). The salad was really, really good. The arugula was a great choice and the salad was lightly and perfectly dressed. It also included chickpeas, red onion, tomato, kalamata olives, celery and hard boiled egg. We got the small and it was plenty to share between the two of us. I had ordered the arugula rather than the romaine partially because I love arugula, but also because arugula is amazing on pizza. They do have an arugula salad on top of a pizza option, but I wanted to just assemble it myself(and my boyfriend was started to to tell me I had to make some cuts in my ordering). The pizza was better than I remembered it being. It does have the char on the edges, which I’m not a huge fan of that style, but the flavor of the slices is great, and loved it with the dressed arugula salad on top. I had a few more glasses of wine, and we boxed up our leftovers. We had a little less than half the pizza, probably half the eggplant, a little salad, and a few chicken wings leftover. We each got another large snack out of it. I would like to say next time I won’t go so crazy with ordering, but I’m not sure what I would leave out, as I felt it was the perfect meal, even if it would probably suit 3 or 4 people better than just the two of us. I don’t think it will be 4 or 5 years before I return to Anthony’s again this time.

I’ve ate in and I’ve ordered to go from this locations several times. The service is superb. The pizza is absolutely delicious. But my favorite item on the menu is the chicken wings. They are phenomenal.

Unbelievable how quickly good things can turn bad. 1. The salad practically all lettuce.2 The wings, OK but to me wings without blue cheese dressing is like a hamburger without catsup. If they don’t want to provide it I will go where they will 3. The meatballs on the pizza were burned to a crisp. Someone should explain to them that their«well done» sign should say burned. 4. Both pizzas were cooked pizza dough with hardly any sauce or cheese on top. Just crust. I gave them 2 stars instead of one because the staff is so nice

They forgot the silverware with our to go order and even worse seemed like they forgot to add all of the other ingredients in the salad dressing. It tasted like straight oil, so on an already plain salad it wasn’t very good. Will not be back.

I have no idea how people think this is good pizza??? If you like thin burnt, flavorless pizza, I guess this is this place to go. They do warn you that the pizza is well done, but in my book well done and burnt are two different things. I gave this place two tries thinking that it was just a bad day the first time, but the pizza was just as bad both times. There is no flavor to the very lil sauce that is on the pizza and the cheese and pepperoni is very hard and tough, it reminds me of a cheap microwave pizza rather than a real good melty cheese pizza found at even the worst of the chains. I think the only reason they are popular and stay in business is partly due to having paul and Ron give them free advertisements on tje radio… For a good coal fired pizza with real flavor, and real melty cheese, that is bot burnt, im gonna stick with scarfones…

It been awhile since we’ve been to Anthony’s coal fire pizza so we decided to stop in and get some pizza and wings. We got to seat ourselves and our server came over and quickly took our drink orders. Not sure how I feel about the fact that they do not have brewed tea and you have to buy to buy the bottle anyway we didn’t come for the TV show you place the order on Pizza and their chicken wings. Something about the pizza that we love maybe the grilled onions maybe the fact that their coal-fired who knows but they really good. The pizza and wings came out fairly quickly, they were hot and good, can’t go wrong with wings. Will be back at some point again, I’m sure we will crave coal fired wings.

Being from NJ, it takes great pizza to impress us, but Anthony’s was fantastic! The kids had a regular cheese pizza and the adults ordered a white pizza and the speciality Paul & Young Ron pizza. Both pizzas were great. I especially enjoyed the Paul & Young Ron pizza. The meatballs were flavorful and the peppers were roasted well. Crust was thin and well done. We also shared the family sized Italian salad, which was tasty. I would recommend stopping here if you’re in the area.

After some mini golf nearby a group of 6 of us were looking to grab a quick bite and head home. Most places close pretty early in Coral Springs on a weeknight, so we were happy when they allowed us to sit after 9pm despite being the last table. There was some sort of beer special(late night happy hour?) and most in the group took advantage but I decided to skip the alcohol and get a Coke, which always surprises me at Anthony’s when I’m brought a bottle and not a fountain drink — so note to those who want free refills. I’ve been to other Anthony’s locations numerous times, so I didn’t waste much time looking over the menu. The group opted to split several items and I ordered the family sized salad and the eggplant(my two favs) and also shared in some wings and meatballs(my fav meatballs). I’ve never been crazy about Anthony’s pizza as I find it to be a little too well done(aka burnt) for my tastes, but all of the other items keep me coming back. We tried to make it a quick meal as I’m sure the servers wanted to get out of there! Despite asking for separate checks at the get-go this somehow got forgotten and we were left at the end to divide it up, which was a bit painful, but didn’t seem to upset the server much. I’m not in this neck of the woods often so it’s doubtful I’ll be back to this location, but I’ll definitely be eating more Anthony’s at my closest location :)

Great Last Pizza Bite Before«Mah Butt» & Olaf’s «Butt» Kicked Outta FLL! SITREP After an *ANQUISHING* night of getting«mah butt» kicked during Monster Glo Putt-Putt(by all the gals), and«mah butt» kicked AGAIN during the follow-up session of Lazer-Maze(by all the gals), my sad sad ego *limped* on over with the gals to Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza(Anthony’s) to recover my ego-libriuum. :D THESETUP Anthony’s has lots of delicious items, including some yummy dinner salads(Savannah ordered the family-style salad for all of us to share), some chicken wings(Jenn ordered the very large portion of chicken-wings), other assorted tidbits I can’t remember — oh! Meatballs! Those were good! We then finished off with a big yummy pizza! BEVERAGES! Whether ice water, soda, beer, or sum thin else(I had two refreshing Crispin Ciders on tap!), the refreshment went well with the food and re-hydrated me a bit so I could better face my Monster Mini-Golf Putt-Putt FAILUREs a bit better. ;) THELOWDOWN Anthony’s was a great place to decompress, and mentally prepare myself as I held on just a little bit longer to my wonderful«Winter-In-Ft. Lauderdale» experience, before sadly taking leave of these lovely ladies, and heading back to Cali…

Tried to phone in a For Here order but that«is not allowed» here. Got to the bar area and there was a Bartender with back facing me and doing a bad job of hiding the fact that she was playing with her Bright Cell phone. She did not here me the first time I said hello so I greeted her again. She put the phone down to take my order(though she walked away after I said what drink I wanted … was still ordering) then pulled out Lint Roller that she cleaned of excess lint behind the bar in plain view as she proceeded with personal grooming in the form of dusting lint off of her pants with her roller device. Not good in the restaurant business. An old man walked in and crashed into my barstool without saying excuse me as though I were invisible. This is also a place that often has screaming children like today. After I paid a male employee asked how I was doing today and wss friendly. Food was tasty and Halloween decorations were about the place.

Used to love the place but after our last take out pizza I got very disappointed. One white pizza and one meatballs ricotta that where«pizzas well burnt» more than«pizzas well done». Sorry guys but these two large pizzas I spent $ 43 for look and taste far from your reputation

I guess I’m just not huge a fan of their style of pizza. To be fair, there are plenty of notices that the pizzas are cooked«well-done», which adds a little extra char to the dough than I’m accustomed to. Aside from that, the ingredients are fresh, tasty, and plentiful.

We NEVER have bad meals in this place. When you want a coal-fired pizza, Anthony’s is the place for it. Our servers are always great and you never have to fuss over the menu because it’s …compressed…

Good coal oven pizza in a casual, fun atmosphere. This location is located in a shopping at the corner of University and Westview. This is a great place to grab lunch or dinner before or after a movie(great movie theater at the opposite end of the shopping center). My recommemdations: pizza is great(note: pizza is always well-done), chopped salad(get the gorganzola and dressing on the side), wings that are baked in onions are delicious and try their new special«pot of meatballs(@ 13) for $ 30.00. For pick-up/takeout, they have 2 – 3 parking spots in the front where they will bring you food out to you. This is really convenient if you just want to grab some food to go after work, coming back from the beach or after one of your kids games. Good food, convience and casual atmosphere. Note: check out the bar in the back of the restaurant, they have a couple of TV’s and you can eat at the bar if the restaurant is packed! Enjoy!

We always go to the Anthony’s in Fort Lauderdale with our family. This location didn’t disappoint. We came late on a Saturday night and the place was packed. The atmosphere is very lively with a nice mixture of people. Here’s what I recommend getting: Anthony’s salad(with gorgonzola), wings, and the classic Anthony’s thin crust pizza(with your choice of toppings). Let’s break it down. I dream about the Anthony’s salad. It’s quite simple with it’s ingredients but it’s one of those salads that is just so satisfying that you’ll find yourself craving it for it time and time again. You must get it with gorgonzola. I repeat, MUSTGETGORGONZOLA. The creamy gorgonzola takes this salad out of this world. The pizza. oh my word. the pizza is always phenomenal. Anthony’s have perfected their crafts for the years so your pizza will always come out perfect, or damn close to it. The pizza is thin crust so I would avoid loading it up with lots of toppings, it will make your pizza soggy. I fancy a margherita pizza because I like the simple but authentic flavors. On certain occasions, I will do a classic pepperoni pizza with arugula on top. The crisp arugula adds a spicy kick your pizza, it’s pretty amazing if you ask me. Now, Anthony’s is always known for their delicious meatballs and wings. Honestly, if you go for either of those for appetizers. you’ll be pleased. They are both delicious.
