Horrible customer service! I have no idea how this store is even opened. No one helping on the floor to get a size or style. I stood in line behind four people with only two registers for 20 minutes and finally getting to the register and the girl says, «wait in line for next register» only other one open, because she needs to leave is beyond comprehension to your clientele!
Awful customer service and attention to your clients! I have no idea if it’s because of the South American customers this specific store attracts, but being Latin myself and I am never coming back to this store! They have zero customer service and very rude!

Too many sales associates making for an annoying experience. I love being asked every 30 seconds if I need help… said no one ever. Especially by a guy.
Walked out after the dressing room woman asked me in a fake chipper, condescending voice, «Do you really needed to try everything on? Let’s go thru your bag (which they give you to accrue items) together.» Um, no. I’m a grown woman in my 40s and don’t need to be talked to like a child. Or worse yet, left with the impression I cannot be trusted. Too bad Victoria Secret, the new collection was out and I would have bought 100% of what fit.
Online shopping is so much better.

I tend to shop at the Bayside location simply due to convenience. This store is so much larger and nicer. No surprise this entire mall has many fabulous stores to choose from, with many designer names. When we walked in to shop the ladies on the sales floor were very friendly and helpful without being the typical pushy sales person.
I was looking for a certain size bra that was not available in the drawers or racks so a very nice young lady called and found me what I wanted in the back stockroom. She was very pleasant. This location has a nice layout and believe me you can spend a small fortune in here easily.
From the cute pink loungwear to bra’s and undies and some very sexy lingerie, yes a ladies fun day of shopping. Men, beware if you come into this location be prepared to drop some cash. Way to many sexy items for your significant other.

I love VS I mean really what girl doesn’t. This store is pretty huge with great selections and if you’re lucky a sale when you walk in. The customer service is really friendly and helpful here. If something doesn’t fit you right while in the fitting room they will bring you another size for you to try on.
The only con to this location it is in the Gables, parking meters sometimes you plan to shop for 30 minutes and end up being there 1 hr. and BOOM a ticket on your windshield when you walk out.

In this posh mall, Victoria’s Secret is probably the cheapest store on the premise. As I perused the impressive selection at this VS locale, I couldn’t help but notice that I was the only non-​U of M student there, all of whom were shopping with their moms (and their mom’s credit cards).
Alas, me and my puny budget. Would I get any assistance, as I so desperately needed? Thankfully, I did. The customer service was really awesome here — I got tons of help from a salesgirl whose name I can’t recall. She fetched me all kinds of sizes and styles, and was really knowledgeable about fit (something I’ve found lacking at other VS).
I will be back for sure, next time I’m in need of a few undergarments. I may be the poorest person who shops in this mall, but hell, at least I can afford a good bra when I need one. :)

Yes, I know I’m a guy. And yes, I know I’m not supposed to shop here. But, really… I didn’t! I was helping a woman around with her shopping wish list. But that doesn’t mean I can’t rate this place!
I had to rate this one simply because of the sheer size — this absolutely must be the biggest Victoria Secret I’ve seen in my life! (And no, I didn’t see that many — I’m a guy, remember!)
But good grief, it’s HUGE!
One thing though… if a woman mentions her size, do not question her. A star off for a salesperson for doing just that. My jaw almost hit the floor when she basically said «I don’t believe you — you’re bigger!»
