As a person of color, I’m quite concerned with the caliber of people employed by this firm based on the remarks that they make on their time off. There are tons of questions that have been posed by reading this individual’s interactions, but I have two burning in my mind: Does your firm foster this culture of bigotry and can African Americans expect fair representation if they seek counsel from any of your associates? I’ve contacted your office via email, but have yet to receive a response.
