How is it possible that this store has like 15 employees and they still take 30 minutes for them to see you? Seemed to me like there were a bunch of employees standing around just chatting but not available to help out…

Been here for 2 hours waiting to get my lines fixed. Plenty of other workers who can assist us BUT the manager decided to have the first worker who opened our lines incorrectly fix it. This isn’t very good customer service if any at all. There’s always an issue here. Whether it’s waiting a long time to get stuff done or having an inexperienced sales/tech set me up incorrectly.

There was nothing helpful about this T Mobile store, if I could I’d give it zero stars for costumer service. I’d recommend to take the drive to the Flagler store it’s worth the trip. Mind you not even the store manager was helpful.

Kevin is the best! He helped me resolve a major issue with a billing error, thankfully he could vouch for the condition of the phone I had to replace through the protection program which proved I was not liable for the cracked screen that occurred during shipping. He was a lifesaver

I came in looking for a case, a black case. Don’t tell me the white case looks much better on my phone. Obviously it isn’t a nicer case otherwise the white case would’ve been sold out and not the black case. You guys have terrible customer service, I hope you can get this fixed.

Good afternoon, I wanted to hopefully reach someone to express my utter disappointment with this company. I, like many others, ordered the IPhone 6 back in September 25th. I was told, by the rep that I placed the order with, that my order would be shipped and out by the following week. I was also told that my order would be delivered in person, and that I would have to sign upon receipt, which I appreciated, since I would most likely not be home. After a week went by I had to call and ask why my order hadn’t arrived yet. I was told by someone else that the order had been delayed due to the high amount of orders placed for this new phone. I understood, and I kept on waiting. Meanwhile all my friends that have Sprint, or Verizon, or ATT bragged about their new IPhones and how they had just walked out of the store with them. After another 2 weeks passed I received a text messaged that stated I would receive my order no later than October 27, and then on October 25 I received another message stating I would receive my order no later than November 7. I was extremely upset at this point so I went to the store yet again and they explained to me once more that there was simply nothing they could do. When I told them I wanted to cancel my order, they told me it was not possible, and that I had to wait for the delivery person to deliver the phone and not sign for it, and return it instead. On Saturday, November 1 the money for the order was withdrawn from my account, and today, November 5 I finally received the phone. To my outrage though, this $ 600+ phone was left outside my door, with absolutely no label, and in the rain, since god knows what time. I am extremely displeased with your service, and your costumer service for passing the ball and misinforming me several times on something that I am paying money for. I will never expect your company to show the professionalism that meet my high standards ever again. And I hope that whomever reads this, whether it be an 18 year old high school drop out or your CEO, knows for sure that you’ve cost me more patience than any other company I have ever had to deal with. This experience has simply been unacceptable.

Quick to answer your questions and friendly staff. Zero pressure to sign up and they do no convince you which phone is better than the other. They cover all their benefits and let you choose according to your needs. This store and provider is on my list of companies to get the new iPhone 6, we’ll see. :)

Came in to replace my phone which had fried. It was about time, I had that phone for nearly 3 years. Andy helped me and the process was smooth, quick, and effortless. I’ve been a t mobile customer for 5 years and I really have no complaints. This site is nice and I was attended to on the spot.
