I recently went here for a quick cut and blow dry. I came out very happy(: unfortunately I wasn’t able to catch the name of the lady that took care of me but she was very nice and continually made convo with me. She made sure that the water was warm enough when washing my hair which I definitely appreciated and she wasn’t too hard with washing my hair either; sometimes they can be too aggressive. She recommended a product for my hair and didn’t just push me to buy it, which I also appreciated. She made sure that I was content with my hair cut and only cut the amount that I asked for. At times, hairstylists will cut more thinking its okay. The blow dry was quick and came out phenomenal! I know a lot of ppl don’t like super cuts anymore and they now go to specific salons but if you’re looking for something cheap and quick, I’d recommend here. Happy customer in the end(: thank you sweet lady!

I have been going to the same stylist for over a year. I have my short hair cut and colored about every four weeks. I have been to other more expensive salons and I do not think the job they do is any better. My only complaint is I feel the employees talk too much among themselves while they are working on their customers. As far as I’m concerned it’s a great deal for the price.

For guys only. Guys basically have two types of haircuts, one being the low maintenance crew cut, and the other anything that is not a low maintenance crew cut. It’s very simple. Supercuts specializes in crew cuts. Actually, that is all they know how to do, sometimes perfectly, and sometimes not so perfectly. For that reason, the owners should rename this place as «The Crew Cut Cuttery», because no matter how many pictures, specifications, dimensions or videos you show any of the staff, you will always end up with, yes, you got it, a freaking crew cut. So, don’t even bother coming here is you don’t want a crew cut. It doesn’t matter if you speak Spanish, Cuban, Dominican, Nicaraguan, etc., you could actually tell them to put a cow dung patty on top of your head, and magically, *voila!*, it will turn into a crew cut. But… Do you want to pay about $ 30 for a haircut, including tip and/or wash? Or are you feeling generous and you want to tip the valet, the phone girl, the person washing your hair, the lady giving you the«complimentary» hand massage, and the stylist, but more importantly, do you need to drink a cup of chamomile while you get your hair done? If your case is the latter, then you need to go somewhere else quickly, because as soon as you walk into Supercuts you are at risk of ending up with, yes, you know it, the dreaded sorry and boring crew cut. Yet, not everything is terrible as it seems. For example, Supercuts surprisingly has a full array of hair products. I have no idea who would buy those products, but if you need hair products instead of a, ahem… a crew cut, well, they have all the top of the line products here. Final thoughts… If you are a woman, I don’t know what you are doing here, save cutting people’s hair. If you bring your kids, they will be getting a crew cut unless you stand next to the staff and direct every single snip and snap of the scissors. The people here are very friendly, and very humble. Make sure you tip. If you speak Spanish, tell these people a joke. And finally, make sure you read the imaginary sign at the door that reads«Crew Cuts Only»!

My review is based on entering the Supercuts and standing for approximately 2 minutes at the counter, where there was no one available to speak to me or inform me about how long the wait time might be. Finally a stylist came out of the back room and said«yes?» — to which I replied«I would like to make an appointment for a haircut today.» She then said«we don’t make any appointments,» — to which I replied«I am just trying to get my hair cut. Right now is fine, I just need it to be cut.» She looked exasperated and came over to me and handed me a post-it note. I had no idea what she wanted me to do with the post-it note(since she didn’t say anything when she handed it to me), and then she again looked irritated as she told me to write my name and stick the post-in on the counter. I found this entire scenario quite odd. The stylist’s brusque manner was also disconcerting and made me feel like she would prefer if I left and never came back… so that’s exactly what I did.

IT was ok, the staff is very unfriendly and the haircut is ok at best… it was fast however. I would not recommend it unless you were in the area and needed a haircut badly

I’m a firm believer in the idea that the vast majority of men don’t need to waste a lot of time and money getting their hair cut. Ergo, Supercuts. Let’s be real — adequately cutting my hair requires only a bit more finesse and skill than mowing a backyard. Shave the sides and back, blend it at top, a little snip front and center, and you’re done. Anyone with any skill as a hair stylist can accomplish this in 5 – 10 minutes. I should be able to grab some lunch *and* get a perfectly competent haircut, all within the span of a lunch hour. Most Supercuts locations are able to execute a decent haircut, in my opinion. A few of them fall down because the stylists have all the«chairside manner» of Genghis Khan, and others see their utility limited from my perspective simply by being too crowded and thus taking too long. Years ago, I remember this location falling in the«too crowded» camp, but lately I’ve been coming here, and have been very satisfied with both the haircuts and the time spent. This could change, of course, depending on the people they hire, or if management decides to skimp out and keep only one stylist on the floor during busy work days… but for now, this works just fine.

I call to see if they are busy,(called on more than one occasion) and no one understands English on the phone. I am sorry, but I think we are in the USA. I respect everyone who wants to make an honest living, but please speak the language of the country. Haircuts are below par, even for the price

I’ve stopped here for a haircut on 2 or 3 occasions now, mostly out of convenience since you don’t need an appointment, you can usually find parking close by, and I pass this location often. I can honestly say that, except for 1 experience, I’ve not had a haircut at this location by any«stylist»(I use the term loosely) where I’ve not had to go home, break out the clippers and spend a few minutes fixing their«work»…Things not even from one side of your head to the other, random hairs sticking out from around your ears that they never bothered to trim, random patches of hair longer than on the rest of your head, etc. One time the woman who did my haircut was clipping the sides but didn’t run the clippers all the way up, so my hair was shaped a bit like a mushroom; I explained that I would like her to clip the sides and continue up and take off the mushroom shaped bit, and I made a «whoosh» sound when I was explaining this. She turned the clippers on and started cutting, and each time she ran the clippers up the side of my head over and over, she made a «whoosh» noise each time. No joke. I guess if you’re in a hurry this place is acceptable, and they do have a younger stylist who just started so maybe it’ll improve, but for now, be prepared for a less than stellar experience at this Supercuts location.
