The people I typically find in front of me in line at this branch are even slower and more clueless than those found at the Miracle Mile branch a couple blocks south. I swear, you’d think these people have never been to a bank before.
However, at this branch, 3 – 4 tellers are often working the windows — that’s 2 more than the other Gables branch, on average. That alone is worth an extra star or two. Proximity to Green Gables also leaves me with a slightly more favorable inclination to this branch.
