Rey’s Cleaners

Terrible!!! Back in September a very nice pair of slacks was delivered to my home by mistake. I called immediately and told Rey’s the pants did not belong to me. (I have not used Rey’s cleaners in years, and after this experience I would never use them again!) They said they were going to pick up the pants but they never did. About a month later I received a bill. I called again and repeated the whole story again, they said they were going to pick them up and they never did. Since that time I have received numerous phone calls about the bill, the most recent today! Each time, I tell the entire story once again and nothing ever happens. This is a complete annoyance. Also, I am sure whomever the slacks belong to would like to have them back.
If you value your cloths or your piece of mind, forget Rey’s.

I loved their service. Had to get a dress tailored and hemmed and they provided personalized quote and discussed realistic timeline to when it could be finished.
I picked up my dress today and I can’t tell you how great it looks.
Big plus, they had it steamed and bagged ready for travel.
The prices aren’t «cheap» but they are definitely not the most expensive quote i got for this project. If you are specfic with what you want, they can definitely help.
Oh and how they hand you fancy dresses back– in a zipper bag with the logo is great for traveling.

I’ve had quite a few issues with this dry cleaner. I do not recommend them. They charge a premium promising quality work and then deliver below average service. I’ve had shirts come back damaged or torn.

After experiencing two Miami dry cleaning disasters with dryeco and spotmaster, I had all but given up on finding high quality cleaners with excellent service in Miami. Then a neighbour in our condo suggested Rey’s…thank you.
Rey’s is simply the best. Apart from courteous, attentive and on time, they treat all of my wife’s couture pieces the way the designers would treat them if I sent them to their creators for cleaning. No, Rey’s is not the cheapest. They are the best.

You don’t know sticker shock until you leave something here without providing detailed, specific directions. It is not like they ask you, they just assume you want to spend as much as possible. The good side is that they do a good job. it would just be nice if they asked you first.

They’re adept at removing stains, alterations are excellent, and over time, Rey’s will build a level of trust and consistency that sets them apart from others.

I’ve used Ray’s Cleaners a couple of times because of their proximity to my office, and I can say they do a good job. However, their prices are out of control… think 5-​star hotel laundry and dry cleaning rates. For that, I knock off two stars and will go elsewhere.

I have been a customer for over 20 years and hope to be for at least another 20. The delivery service is always prompt, the laundry and dry cleaning is done with care and consistency. Rey’s takes great care of my shirts and suits. The specific instructions on what gets folded, hung, etc are followed to a t and the garments are picked up and returned like clockwork. Sometimes I have had a shirt wear out and if that has happened too soon Rey’s has reimbursed me, but it probably hasn’t happened more than once every few years. They are very honest and have returned forgotten cuff links, plus they are craftsmen when it comes to repairing leather.
On the few occasions where I have had problems, Rey’s always resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Yes, Rey’s is expensive, but if you have expensive clothing it’s worth it.
The name should be Rey’S with a capital S for Service!

I recently got married and had, in addition to my wedding dress, family members’ pieces of clothes that required «extra» care (i.e. tiny beads on one, very delicate fabric on another and what we assumed to be oil stains or perfume); additionally, time was of essence since they needed to fly back to Europe. Cristina (who I believe is in charge of customer service??) called me directly from their headquarters, told me she was personally taking care the order. I received everything in due time, impeccably pressed and packed for the flight with the lovely note. I have tried many dry cleaners since living in Miami and would now recommend Reys in a heart beat. As a matter of fact, a friend of mine is starting an on-​line luxury consignment store (
) and I told her to reach out to Reys for all her needs. I hope this helps!!!
