Food was good with an excellent selection of beer. Salads looked very tasty as well.

Food was amazing. Service was a little lack-​luster. My friend ordered a veggie pattie on the Toston burger… cashier came to our table about 15 minutes later saying they didn’t have any veggie burgers. Traded that for a bowl… bowl was delicious! Ordered Cajun tostones 1^st order came out to over fried, but the 2^nd order was perfect! I myself ordered the Toston burger regular and it was DELICIOUS! The meat was amazing. Will definitely be back when we goto the Miami area!

We love the Pincho Factory so much! The food is just plain good and required multiple visits. They have their own house brew made by a local brewery and always have good beer choices as well as changing specials. The service is great, the ambiance is fun and again, the food is just plain good. I had the pincho dog a few days ago and I’m still thinking about it.

Pincho factory is the best place. I had a fitanga chicken sandwich and my daughter had a chicken Cesar — amazing! This place is the best value in all of Coral Gables. Low-​price, high-​quality food. Nobody should ever have to settle for anything less than this. Extremely-​friendly staff, a rarity in Miami. Great music too. The chalk art on the walls is intricate. And someone asked me where I want to eat I don’t hesitate to yell: Pincho Factory!

Me: Hi. I would like the Egg-​in burger with the cilantro sauce on the side. I would like to add extra crispy bacon to the burger and an order of the fries.
Cashier: The Egg-​in burger? Cilantro sauce on the side?
Me: Yes. With extra crispy bacon and an order of fries.
Cashier: Extra crispy bacon?
Me: Yes.
This was the conversation I had with the cashier when placing my order. Unfortunately, although I requested fries twice, they did not bring them out to me. I told the server that I ordered some fries too, and she said «They weren’t on the ticket. I can bring some out and charge you for them.»
No thanks. l was hoping you could just bring them to me and not charge me since I ordered them. Not exactly the best customer service. The burger however, was awesome, hence the 3 stars. It was huge! It had lettuce, tomato, crispy bacon, and a fried egg. I haven’t had many burgers better than that one.
The place was kind of cool. Industrial looking on the inside. One thing I did notice is that there were no trash cans anywhere. I couldn’t find a place to throw away my napkins or straw wrapper.
5 stars for food, 1.5 stars for service.

I had heard such great things of this place, and I was craving a delicious burger so I came to Pincho Factory for the first time. [Cons] Why I am not giving this 5 stars: (1) it was Sunday night the restaurant had a decent crowd, yet my burger took nearly 35min to be served (can’t imagine this when it is packed). (2) the meat was a bit overcooked, my boyfriend ordered the Fritanga burger and the cheese was cold in the middle. [PROS] But I must say that the burger with egg (don’t recall the name) was delicious. The bathroom was clean, staff were friendly for the most part, love that they bring food to the table and provide glasses of water even if you don’t ask for a drink. Their cilantro sauce is delicious and they were happy to give me a little extra on the side for no cost.

Amazing food, great service and prices ! Tostones burger is phenomenal. Definitely recommend this place.

Pincho Factory has many delicious burger, sandwich & skewer options! I’m in love with their Black and Blue burger. You have to try their fries with cilantro sauce! They have craft beers & wine that compliment the burgers perfectly! Best part is, it’s for an awesome price!

To my blessing or demise this place is walking distance from my job. Pincho factory never disappoints, the food always tastes fresh and the staff is very welcoming. Their 2016 addition is the pan con pincho and it is amazing, a mixture of a pan con bistec and a shish kabob. Junk food Heaven!
A must if you are in the miracle mile area.

Love at first sight! This hidden gem made my hungry tummy smile. It was fast, easy and delicious! Although the place is known for their juicy and creative burgers, I took a different route and went with the «fresco» rice bowl that comes with rice, diced lettuce, tomato, cucumber and your choice of chicken, steak or shrimp. To give it that extra kick it is topped with a creamy cilantro sauce that’ll have your taste buds screaming for more. I went with steak in my bowl. It was divine! The steak was rich in flavor and the mix of the lettuce, tomato, cucumber and cilantro sauce was out of this world. I cleaned my bowl!
My dad ordered the daily special, it was a vaca frita sandwich. But why use bread to hold the sandwich together when you can use tostones?! Genius! It was absolutely scrumptious! Inside the sandwich to compliment the vaca frita was a cranberry mojo sauce. Just thinking about it now makes my mouth water. I HOPE they keep this on the menu for good, it was so yummy!
And last but not least, the staff was so kind. They made us feel welcomed and they were always around if we needed anything. I will definitely be back! 5 stars for Pincho Factory!

The food on a 1 – 10 is a 5 (when it comes out in 10 minutes). I suggest calling ahead to put the fast into your fast casual experience.
The really confusing part is the dining in experience. The cashiers are servers, but you have to order, pay, and tip them when you order your food (which is like gambling on good service or not). The food comes in a whatever is ready first manner, that the «servers» run to the table. There are no trash cans on the floor so they have to bus your table.
The tostones burger is the claim to fame here, but really impractical to eat. I find the tostones tend to be too crunchy.
As for the pinchos, they only serve the steak well done, which has turned me off from that since trying it. But I would recommend the chicken in a salad as a healthy lunch option.
I was going to give pincho a third star for the great staff, but they seem to have turn over the entire front of the house staff.
This place felt like they tried to add some service to McDonald’s, a spinoff from the hamburgular

A bit disappointed with my experience at Pincho Factory.
I was looking forward to going and even showed up to the Hialeah location multiple times thinking it was already open (haha) so we finally decided to make the mini-​trek to Coral Gables.
It’s not that I didn’t enjoy Pincho Factory… it’s just that expected so much more based on the hype.
I got the Tostone Burger while the rest of my table got a chicken sandwich, a (regular) burger, a pincho, and a hot dog. We also tried the sweet potato tots and the bacon ranch fries as well as their house beer. Nothing was bad, I just hardly remember the burger. I was actively trying to decide how I felt about the food but then we just ran out of food. I wasn’t instantly hit with a «WOW, this burger is changing my life» but I also never thought it wasn’t good.
I was underwhelmed. Maybe it’s because it was the end of the night, I don’t know.
The staff was super awesome though, they were really sweet and helped my friend when she walked in and declared that she didn’t know what a pincho is (lol Miami). I thought the beer was pretty good, too.
I’ll be back, whenever the Hialeah location opens up. I definitely want to try this one again.

Three things every life should be filled with — Good Burgers, Crispy Tostones & Juicy Beef! These guys do it right with an amazingly delectable Tostone Burger! Double up on the patty, add Bacon (because you should), add a fried egg (Aussie Rules) or fried cheese! Wash it all down with free refills of ice cold soda, or a glass of local wine, or an ice cold local brew (they even have their own)! Nestled in the heart of Coral Gables, Pincho is your lunch oasis, a chance to disconnect from the work grind & loose yourself in your lunch — Go ahead and treat yourself!

I arrived at the Pincho Factory at 3:55 on a Friday by myself just looking to grab something quick to eat, and take it to go. I was told it should take around 10 minutes for my food to be ready, but I didn’t get my food until 30 minutes later… For me, that puts me on edge.
I ordered a half salad/​half rice chicken fresco bowl. The chicken was so salty and the rice mushy, I was really disappointed :(I feel like I could’ve just gotten a tropichop for less money and less wait time. The staff was extremely friendly and I’ve heard other menu items are really good, but overall I wasn’t impressed with my experience.

Burgers … Good! Pastelitos, Tostones, Fried Cheese … All Good! Crazy combinations of burgers and all of the above… Even better!!!
So their burgers are good and their sweet potato tots are amazing. I’ve had the Tostone burger, which was too small and messy (I usually can handle a good mess). I’ve also had the Fritanga burger which was good, but a little too much for me. I think there plain double cheeseburger is perfect.
Their other pincho salad bowls and platters are also really good. And you can’t beat the fact that they usually have a pretty good selection of craft beers on draft.
All in all, a good place to eat.

The concepts are fresh and the decoration is great.
The highlights are the fried cheese and the sweet potatoe toots.
I had a salad bowl with shrimp that was ok, but needed some extra sauce and some extra salt.
The prices are reasonable, but their desserts are Horrible (don’t bother!)
There is street parking all over the place, not that much seating room inside.

I know happy food and this place is all about the happy food. If you walk out of here and don’t have a smile on your face then what you DO have is a mental disorder, without a doubt.
I was here on a sunday a little after 1pm. The place is small and seems like it will always be packed — as it was when i was there. Someone else described the décor as chic. I’d say its with modern-​esq french bistroish, but who cares because what you should be here for is the happy food.
When i saw a picture of a tostone burger i knew i had to eat here. I didn’t understand how that could possibly be any good but lowes and bee hole, it was nothing short of amazing. What makes this burger HAS to be the sauce because the burger itself just doesn’t make sense. The tostone burger is small but i still found it filling (it doesn’t come with any sides). I also ordered some sweet tots but those weren’t as great — definitely get the tot sauce.
Only thing this place needs is more square footage and some OUTDOOR seating, even if its just 2 – 3 tiny tables… yesterday was a dog adventure day and i’d love to be able to bring my pup here for lunch!

The food here is heaven! Knowing that this is a family-​operated business just adds to the fact that it is truly spectacular food. Perhaps it isn’t the healthiest option around– but it does not take away from how delectable the food is.
After hearing about how incredible the food was for a while, and highly anticipating the Hialeah location’s opening, I decided to stumble into their location down south. Before I was able to order, an old friend of mine walked through the doors and gave me quick opinions on what I should try my first time.
I went with the regular Pincho Burger, that was topped with a variety of sauces and tiny french fries. Delicious! Once I grabbed the ginormous burger, the juices from the meat began to ooze out of the sides and I could not get that entire burger into my mouth quickly enough. I am a slow eater, but I finished it within 5 minutes easily.
My boyfriend ordered the Fritanga Burger, which was topped with fried cheese. While it was a tall, stacked burger– he ate it all, no complaints. He was very happy!
We also ordered the cajun fries, which were similar to animal style fries from in-​n-​out burger. I probably wouldnt order them again, but I think they were definitely tasty for anyone who hasnt been to an in-​n-​out location. Amazing! I hope this place really franchises out, its promising and a great representation of local flavors.

I guess it’s unfair to rate a burger place when you’ve never had the burger! I’ve had their California chicken salad and their chicken pinchos though, and they were delicious!!!
They have a great selection of beer, the food is very good and fresh, and the staff is super friendly!

If you’re looking for a unique burger experience, Pincho Factory is the place for you. The tostones burger (tostones instead of a bun) is unbelievably good, as are their Cajun fries!
I’ve been a few times and have tried the burgers and fries, and each time it has been phenomenal. I can’t wait to go back to try one of their bowls.
