I want to love this Ale House… I really do. But there’s no WOW factor outside of the food. I usually sit at the bar and there’s almost always a wait for the bartender to come over, introduce themselves, & hand me a menu. Usually by the time they come back I’m ready to order my whole meal. Management presence is lacking and cocktails are so-so. I’ll probably stick to ordering takeout.

So I tried Gables Miller Ale House again and im happily surprised with the improvements: no more gangsta music, not super loud volume, and great food as always. After tonight I can once again recommend Gables Miller Ale House to family, friends and business associates. Lets hope they add a delivery option so I can enjoy their great menu when I cant leave the office.

Went for beers and watch football. Nice outdoor area to watch the games. Beer selection pretty good.

–100 would be a more accurate description. I had to call the police after a nice family dinner we never even got to eat(supposed to be anyway). Thank goodness this is Miami where there is other options nearby. We sat down outside on the patio, got our waters, and eventually ordered our food. They delivered my fajitas raw(onions and peppers not cooked, not sizzling and some nasty rubber sole steak all in one piece). I sent it back. At this point we realized we had no silverware. Asked for silverware from the manager and waited 10 minutes, got up and grabbed our own. They didn’t get any of the orders right, and after multiple requests from management, they stood standing in the middle of the aisle not bringing or doing anything. My boyfriend finally took his sauces inside and said«I didn’t ask for this you can have it back. Our food is getting cold!» The manager proceeded to tell him he had to leave, repeatedly. We all got up and left, not having eaten anything. I called the police to ensure we did not incur any kind of responsibility for the bill and they called the police after I told them I was doing so. At this point the manager brought my fajitas to an empty table and set them in my spot. I travel all year for work and have been to Millers Ale House everywhere in Florida and to know that we are«BANNED» from this location less than 2 miles from our house because they have terrible service and awful employees is absurd. I don’t write reviews unless it’s 5 stars or 1 star. This is the worst Ale House in Florida! I don’t think I have been in a different state every day all meals and I have never experienced anything like this, and much less at home… I will never forget this!

I got kicked out of a restaurant at 3pm drinking water only. I have never been more embarrassed in my life. I had to call the police to handle the fact that I was forcibly removed and the food hadn’t been paid for. I will make it short and sweet. My grandfather owned Flame and Steak on Lincoln Rd in Miami Beach for years. I know what is service. I’m willing to accept bad service but to have 3 managers ignore us and then kick me out before they have brought all of our food is a joke. For me to make a request for my silverware, and not get it right away, and have to get it myself from another table is embarrassingly for a family dinner. Their corporate office should be aware that I have never even been treated this way at a McDonalds, much less a dining establishment. I travel for business all over the US and so I eat out for every meal. I have never been so disrespected in this whole country!

Service was terrible and the food was average. Ordered drinks and appetizer(2 different flatbreads, loaded fries, French onion soup and Cesar salad) at the same time and all the food came out before we were served any drinks. Only reason we got water was because we complained. Took forever to get check and take out box. Have had better bar food at other restaurants. It was even busy to give them the benefit of the doubt. Would NOT recommend*

I was excited to see an Ale House in Coral Gables! I had been to one before in Jacksonville and enjoyed the atmosphere and food. It is a typical sports bar, but I’m a typical guy. I ordered the fish and chips and the portion was ENORMOUS! The slaw and fries were good too. Ashley ordered the blackened chicken salad, which was also large and very tasty. Quinn ordered spaghetti and meatballs from the kids menu and ate as much as she could. She also got some vanilla ice cream for dessert ;) The drinks, as they are everywhere in Florida, were expensive. $ 4 for a Miller Lite which I thought was on special for $ 3. Ashley ordered a Kona Big Wave for like $ 7. The food came out quickly and our server was very nice, although kind of inattentive. Overall, a great lunch in CG!

The place was nice but the food is alright. I think for the price it’s ok but if you are looking for exceptional food this isn’t the place.

Cigar friendly at certain hours, large TVs, excellent attentive waitstaff and a smart mgr that went to VMI. I’d come here again. Had the salmon, sweet potato fries and vegetables. Oh and tequila and Hoegarden on special. Winning.

My first time here on a Sunday afternoon celebrating some great results last week at my Coral Gables, Florida personal injury law firm. I took the entire team out for drinks and lunch and had a wonderful time. Yes the beer is cold and the burgers are hot but the best part about this lunch was definitely our server Alexandra. She worked hard to make this celebratory lunch one of the most memorable experiences our team has enjoyed and we will definitely be back soon. I highly recommend this for Sunday afternoon to watch the Dolphins have a couple pitchers of beer to celebrate. A great local neighborhood spot– in Coral Gables– it is a sports bar at its best.

We’re baaack! So after we ate and drank at the Octoberfest, we got hungry again. We decide to pop in and I’m glad we did. Angry Orchard on tap!!! JP and I ordered our usual zingers with thai sauce, a side of hot sauce, and ranch dressing. You must try this combo of flavors! Muy bueno! My boyfriend’s sister ordered Chicken Nachos and whoooooa! This plate was huge! However perfect for feeding 5 people. I loved the texture of the chips, thin, crisp, and warm and are strong enough to hold food, but crunch perfectly into your mouth. I also loved the music that they were playing, salsa, merengue, bachata!!! I couldn’t sit still in my seat I wanted to get up and dance so bad. This is a great place to come and pre-game before you go dancing. I really like this place.

Been to Miller’s twice now, once for lunch and the second to watch football on Sunday. Both times, the service has been horrible. At lunch I sat a the bar alone and it took 10 minutes for the bartender to help me. It only got worse as her cell phone was her main priority. Any Sunday I expect things to be slow during football season. This visit was no better. Nachos we ordered came out as a plate of chips, waitress forgot 2 beers we ordered as she was hanging at the back of the restaurant having fun with Co-workers and the salsa we ordered, well we received a side of wing sauce. There will not be third times a charm here. Miller’s will go on doing business as normal because they have a bar and TV’S everywhere, but I will no put up with their crappie service again.

We have been to other ale house and this one is not the best. The service was very slow. The nachos were burn. They didn’t bring any plates or utensils. The beer was half foam. We won’t go back to this location.

This place… lets just say my only drop of happiness was the whipped cream in our brownie Sunday. Went in for the Thursday special of the prime rib. it was chewy and undercooked. regarding the fajitas we ordered, those take the price for the worse tasting ones I’ve ever had. the meat was over cooked even though we ordered medium, the veggies were over-seasonsed and salty and the lettuce had water dripping into the cheese. worse of all, the lunch ended up being 18 bucks plus tip. save yourself and go have a miami spice somewhere nice. they do have a lot of tvs which i guess are convenient to drink and see games.

Great service by Ashely !! Yummy pep pizza! The chicken fingers where dry! Ashely made me her favorite tea drink with oranges which was great !!! The service was great and the food came out fast! This is a great spot for late night munchies. They have lots of parking and prices aren’t bad at all! **Just don’t come here on a Thursday night unless you want to wait forever on a drink and have no breathing space*** literally packed with underage kids on Thursday nights !! food was okay and they have a very large beer selection !!

Came here to watch a soccer game. Place was crowded, but we found a decent table and the servers put the game on a TV we could see clearly. We were really only there because it was the first place we saw with TVs where we could watch the game. Unfortunately, a NBA game started after a few minutes, and most of the TVs were switched over to that at an obscene volume. My girlfriend had to plug her ears during the commercials. The food here is absolutely terrible. People in my group got some crusty hot wings lying in a pool of grease, dried out beef curtains(cheese steak), hot guacamole, and what tasted like salsa made from rotten tomatoes. Honestly, it was among the worst food I’ve ever been served. A few drink orders were messed up, waitress was friendly enough but either overwhelmed by the crowd or generally inept. Also, we were in and out of a cloud of cigarette smoke, as the staff tolerated people smoking at their table(we sat in a semi-open-air area under an awning of sorts). For miracle mile, it’s a decent option for a grungy, soulless sports bar to hang out, grab a beer(decent drink prices), and watch a game, but do not, under any circumstances, order food.

I came here to watch UFC187… I wasn’t too excited because I wasn’t looking forward to eating the regular ol bar foods. But. my experience turned out much more positive than I anticipated. We ordered: — Combo Fajitas– The combo came with sliced steak and chicken served over a bed of sauteed onions and peppers and 4 flour tortillas. The fajitas were good. Fajitas are a pretty safe option. Good safe restaurant food since it’s hard to really mess it up. I was trying to eat on the lighter side and avoid super fatty or fried foods and I was happy with this option. I’d order it again if I was looking for a non fried or super fatty meal. — Ale House mini burgers– 4 mini sliders come to the order with plenty of grilled onions. Again these were pretty good, I’d order them again. — Capt’n jack’s buried treasure– This thing was amazing. Easily 5 out of 5. I wanted to keep this meal at the alehouse low key and low cal, but I gave in to this temptation… It was frickin good. Awesome combination of ice cream cake, oreos, a crunch bar, fudge, and more OREOS! Definitely recommend this dessert. Also looking forward to trying the nutter butter ice cream cake flavor next time! The quality of the food was very reasonable and I was satisfied with the food. Obviously it is not higher end dining, but I have no complaints about the dishes that we ordered. That said. Everything is reasonably priced and I would come back for another game or fight.

Stopped in for a quick lunch while shopping on Miracle Mile. We sat outside(not a good idea considering they allow patrons to smoke while eating outside) and other than the cigarette smoke, it was pleasant and breezy. Plenty of TVs on the patio so you could basically catch any and all of the games. I ordered the Apple Walnut Chicken Salad. It came out pretty quickly and was surprisingly fresh for a place like Miller’s. They could have put more candied walnuts and bleu cheese crumbles on the salad. For only $ 3.00 extra, they gave me quite a bit of grilled chicken, which was a great bonus. The dressing was the perfect flavor for the salad. The grapes were spoiled, but the apples were pretty fresh and flavorful. I would order it again without the grapes. My fiancé ordered the BBQ chicken flat bread and commented that it was delicious, but not very barbecue-y. Service was normal, nothing amazing or negative about it. We were only there for about 30 minutes total and it was just the two of us so not much needed. In all honesty, I’d sit inside next time because of the smoke on the patio. That was the biggest complaint. Overall I’d give it more like 3& ½ stars, but I don’t think it’s quite worthy of 4 stars.

Hooray! They’re open late! An easy place to grab drinks and food before or after the show at the theatre! Even if it’s super loud outside, there’s usually a table inside in a somewhat quieter spot. The prices are reasonable, the drink specials are great, and you can get Naked Zingers if you are watching your calories but still want a treat! Although the burger that I ordered came medium well instead of medium, everyone else at the table as well satisfied with their meals. The fried calamari was terrific, and the chicken nachos are HUGE! If you can spare the calories, definitely try the Capt’n Jack’s Buried Treasure! A sweet treat to share with friends, as it is decadently delicious!

I’m not a fan of the Miracle Mile because parking is a hassle, but I am a fan of Miller Ale House’s. We drove 2 miles looking for a place to eat where there was a place to EASILY park. As we approached Miller’s we saw a Parking sign with an arrow pointing right, turned right and… boom public parking. We ordered Coke to start — Flashback to the John Caparulo bit«Can I have a Coke?» «Oh is Pepsi ok?» «Is Monopoly money ok? Cause no.» They only serve Pepsi, but at least we were informed of it. My dining partner went with the flatbread pizza and myself, looking to carb load ordered the Chicken Philly. The Philly was warm and juicy on this amazing roll. My partners left nothing but crumbs on their plate so I’m taking that as a good sign. I wish restaurants(nothing against Millers) would step up the french fry game, cooked and seasoned just doesn’t always get it. I’d eat here again.
