This has to be THE WORST doctors office I have ever been to. The staff is SO RUDE!!! We get to the front window for check in and have to wait because they’re too busy gossiping… Just because there’s a frosted glass window doesn’t mean I can’t hear you. So I get upset and tap my nail on the window. The woman opens the window, lo and behold the ENTIRE front desk staff was just hanging out leaning over the chairs talking and texting. She says «wait one moment» and slams the window. Then get this, I get a phone call on my cell phone asking where we were, if we were coming to the appt because it was already the time for check in… Dude seriously? I said I’m the woman who you slammed the window on because you’re busy texting… Fast fwd to the medications and trying to get answers to any questions after the visit… CVS had the wrong prescription and I had to call SO MANY TIMES to try and get it fixed finally I told them IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO MY HUSBAND IM GOING TO GET MY LAWYER INVOLVED!!! Mind you he was in baptist hospital for 1 week (ICU for 3 days out of those 5) so this was very very serious to me. Not just a simple case of heartburn and the way they handled us was just astonishing. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Horrible staff, complelty in organized and brain dead. Long wait time and awkward waiting room. I’ll drive the extra mile to not come here.
