Very disappointed. I have a nail in my rear tire. Drove to Goodyear. He said he couldn’t repair it because I didn’t have tread. I only have 16,500 miles on the car. When I told him the mileage he said the tires seemed much more worn that that. I was so insulted. Was he trying to up-​sell me?! He then said he would try-​no guarantee and it would take an hour. I wasn’t going to wait an hour for him to tell me it wasn’t going to happen. Left and drive down the block to Tire Kingdom. Getting it repaired as I write this review. Go to Tire Kingdom.

Customer service is poor. Leo, the Service Manager, is rude and unprofessional. Will not be returning due to poor service and attempts at overselling unnecessary service.

Best service ever! They where very flexible, fast and kind even when I showed up super late.

Leo is the best! Have had such horrible experiences at nearby establishments but cannot be happier with the quick, affordable and good service I receive every time I walk into the good year doors. My car feels brand new and I am driving away satisfied.

Picked up a nail and developed a slow leak. They did an internal patch for free. There was a low keyed pitch to buy from them when I should need new tires in 6 to 12 months, not now.
This was a pleasant experience, especially after Tire Kingdom, down the block, insisted that all 4 of my tires were unsafe and would blow out immediately.
I have done business with this location, just for tires and nothing else for years.

I’m sure they sold me things I didn’t need and I should know better because I’ve worked on cars my whole life.
I had a leaky radiator. First they quoted me $ 380 for the radiator then they charged me $ 250 for the radiator but a whole lot of additional costs. I worry they put in an inferior product and made up for the fees with other crap.
For sure they sold me on a new cooling fan even going so far to show me the old part that didn’t turn freely then I tried the new fan and its exactly the same.
They also tried to sell me on a coolant flush for $ 110. You have to change the fluids if your replacing the radiator. They didn’t get me on that but they tried.
They also charged me $ 70 labor for the new thermostat which is an extra 10 minutes at most (and thats including getting the part off the shelf)

Very nice guys. I had picked up a nail in a tire and wanted it patched. Went to Pep Boys first but they only plug the tire. I drive too many miles and didn’t feel safe with that. I needed new tires but did not have time to wait for them to be ordered. No pressure. Very informative and time estimate was right on.

I had to come back because when I brought my car for service which included tire rotation, I noticed they were not rotated. Only one employee at this location has been nice. I had to come back because of their mistake and had to wait close to 30 minutes before my turn and during that time I was never acknowledged with a «hello» or «I’ll be right with you» the guy was rude and not friendly. I also went to the location in Miami Beach on a different day and after they charged me for the tire rotation I noticed they didn’t do it and the mechanic told me that the attendant forgot to let him know. Twice already has happened and in two different locations. Just make sure to always mark and check your tires. Can’t trust these people.

Just came back and impressed with professionalism, speed, and fairness. The guy across the street declined to replace tires if I did not have new tires. So went caddy corner to Goodyear and they did it with a smile. Great first experience.
They’re now my first stop when I need car related help.

I’ve been here twice and have been pleased both times.
The first time was to patch a flat which the employee didn’t charge me for. When the time came that I needed to change tires on the same car I called them. They didn’t have the tires in stock so they ordered them and had them there the next day. They gave them to me at a better cost than the service department at the dealership I bought the car at. They didn’t take long to switch out the tires and align the car. I dealt with Jose, the store manager and she was polite professional and customer service oriented. Highly suggest this place.

Major ripoff. I had a blown tire and this was the nearest tire shop I could find, they charged me US$ 750 to replace 2 front tires. Normally you’d expect to have these kind of places to be cheaper than a «stealership» … well I just had my rear tires replaced at the dealership for US$ 250 less.

It never fails, you take your car in for a $ 30 oil change… 2 hours later, $ 300 for oil change, tire rotation, air filter and a $ 50 diagnosis fee to tell me that they cannot repair my driver side window which occasionally gets stuck. I was led to believe that it would come off the repair fee, I didn’t expect them to tell me that they don’t repair that problem after they charged to look at it.
15 years ago I had an oil change here and as I drove away my car was smoking. The vehicle had to spend the night so that they could tell me that oil had spilled and was burning off the engine. Shouldn’t they have known that right away?

they are entirely dishonest and unethical… go to sears or anywhere but here!!!

I have been coming here since I got my first car in 2006.
I find that they are a little pricey, but that have always done such a good job on my car. I feel that they have always been fair. I have only had one bad experience where an employee tried to get me to commit to over $ 700 worth of repairs that my car didn’t need. I have come back several times and have not seen that employee anymore.
You can make appointments online for this location. The earliest available is 9:00, however the open at 7:00 am and I get there as soon as they open. They usually take you right away. There is coffee and a tv to watch.
Overall, the staff is very friendly. The shop is clean and organized.
Shop around for prices before coming here is what I would suggest.

While I wrote that glowing review, I had to go back to get some warr. work done on a car I just replaced a tire on. There was a screw too close to the sidewall, and I had to replace instead of patching, which is fine.
But, I noticed the car was pulling to the right after the tire was changed (front right). The six days later when I had time, I asked about my 12 month warr. on the alignment I got 9 months ago. I was told — «it’s only a 6 month warr. on alignments…». I showed the weekend manaer the invoice which stated it was 12 months, as I was even told when I paid for 4 new tires and the alignment. The manager stated, there was no warranty… yet the form stated it.
Here is my point, why stress someone out, who is a good customer, and then state the warr. is not valid, when it’s stated on the a document, which you gave the customer originally. I hope this was an off day for them, as I have been going here for 12 years. In the end, the work was done «under warr.», but why tell me something that’s not true — I mean I can read.
Please keep your paper work, as situations can change. In their defense, the new warr. for alignments is 6 months, but the when I got mine it was 12, so how could they not know when the policy changed, and simply refuse to read and accept a document (?).
