We had a car rented for about 5 weeks and definitely the service and performance
of Enterprise at Coral Gables was above our expectations. Keep the good work since
the competition (car2go) and Huber will try to outsmart you guys with some success.
(I know, car2go is pulling our in February).

The service at this enterprise branch is stellar. I was in an accident that resulted in my brand new car being a total loss. From the moment I walked in on a Monday morning, Alina made sure that I was taken care of. Not only did she honor the insurance claim reservation that was made for another branch, but she made sure that I got my daughter to school on time. I was amazed at how above and beyond she went to get us out of there promptly. She and her staff also had a new vehicle that surpassed my expectations the following day due to the first car not being my first choice. I really cannot say enough… I never thought I would be writing such a great review about a car rental company, but they really made a bad situation not as bad thanks to their amazing customer service. If I ever need to rent a car again this will for sure be my go to place.

It’s always good to find people that love there job! The whole staff is so friendly, it makes it a great experience to rent from them. Vic is the guy that can make things happen. Valerie goes out of her way to ensure you have a wonderful experience. The staff continues to have a smile even when faced with difficult customers.

This was a wonderful rental car experience. The staff was so nice, I could barely believe I was in Miami. They upgraded me to a very luxury car for only $ 10 more. The driver who took me back to my office didn’t speak English and instead of making me feel badly for not speaking Spanish he tried to communicate with me as I did him. It turned into an impromptu Rosetta Stone session! What a great place, will definitely rent from them again.

My car was stolen two months ago; so I decided to go with a rental company I knew my insurance would cover and that I had frequented in the past. From the moment I explained my situation to Enterprise, their representative was sensitive to my situation and was fully aware of how the insurance coverage worked. Even when discrepancies occurred regarding the coverage of the rental on return, they were quite helpful in making sure that a mistake was not made on their part by contacting the insurance company directly.
The only thing I found odd was that my father (he had offered to pay after all the grief I had experienced) was not allowed to pay the final bill on his credit card due to the rental being under my name. Still makes no sense to me.
I have rented from this location and Enterprise many times, and I will definitely continue to do so.
