Edible Arrangements

Probably will not be coming back to this location. I called ahead of time to pre-​order two dozen chocolate dipped strawberries and the girl that helped me said it would take at least an hour, never mind that online they offer a seven minute express pick up. I came back to the location for over an hour later and there was no one there. literally, no one. No customers and no employees. After standing there for a few minutes, I started to yell hello but no One answered. I did this a few more times until finally, what appeared to be their only employee came out and apologized saying she was in the back on the phone. She gave me the heart shaped strawberry box that I ordered without a ribbon or a bag. Just the box with the lid. No bag And no card. When I asked about the ribbon, she said they had ribbons but they ran out and she couldn’t offer me anything else.
Customer service was subpar to say the least. I hope my client at least enjoys the strawberries!

I felt the need to write a review on how happy I am of what happened today. I was nervous because of the comments on poor customer service however I went in there with an extreme emergency. I was hosting a bridal shower in 3 hours and found out that the original floral arrangements set to arrive this morning were not going to be ready till tomorrow (which would do me no good). In a panic I ran in here and told the person working my situation. Within 2 hours I I had 8 huge beautiful arrangements delivered. Thanks again for saving the day and making me the best Maid of honor.

Poor customer service. I was hand out my order and left at the counter without a word. I have to yelled out thank you and leaving.
I also notice the prices at the store were about 40% less than online. I paid $ 55 for a cup size order, not how it look online! Will not order again from here.
The only good thing was the flavor :)

We had made an order from this location. The services was very Poor no sense of customer service. Also, the fruit arrangement arrived and it was very disappointing the price was $ 85.00 but it looked and had a $ 25.00 quality basket very little fruit and some of the fruit looked old and tasted bad. I do not recommend this place your better off ordering a basket of whole pears or apples from somewhere else. I called them to try to get reimbursed or to discuss my disappointment and they promised they would have the manager call me back and they never called back. I am never going to order anything from this place. Save your money and order from somewhere else.

I am a long time customer of edible arrangements and love sending to my clients, friends, business partners etc. Never have had an issue until now with the Coral Gables store. I placed an order a Friday right before 3pm, which is the cut off for same day delivery. They called me at 5pm to let me know driver was held up and would not be able to make delivery same day. I expressed my disappointment and how I would have looked at other options if I had known prior to ordering. I asked to speak to a manager and said, was not available and would have person call me back. I figured order would be sent out the day after, so on Monday I check with the recipient and not received. I call the store and they tell me they cancelled the order, which was not part of our discussion. So I proceed to ask for Manager again to discuss situation and once again no available. Left a message to get a call back. It is now 10 days after the initial order and yet no call back from manager. Very disappointed in the lack of follow up to the situation and acknowledgement and clients frustration when company is not meeting what the ordering policies promise. Since I have not had an issue in the past with Edible arrangement I will continue to b a customer but will not be ordering from the Gables Store in the future.

Location — I walked in and they were so helpful. I told them what I wanted and we were able to pick an arrangement, and it was even delivered the same day. The salesperson was so helpful in showing me different sizes and prices and even picking out a color for the basket. I told her what it was for and she helped me pick the right card to write a message on.
Edible Arrangements in general — I think all business people have received one of these at some time or the other. I always love them because they’re not the fatty cupcakes we all gobble down and feel guilty hours (or minutes) later.
I would absolutely come back to this location again and place another order.

We had made an order to this location. The services was very Poor no sense of customer service. We had specifically choose a special pitcher, but the arrangement arrived in a basket. Melissa never confirmed that the pitcher was out of stock. So when we approached her she was not helpful at all. We do not recommend this location. Poor advertising and costumer service

Edible flowers are in, have been and will be a great gift for anyone in any kind of festivity. Its fun, flirtatious, romantic and FRESH. Its something that when given can be shared. Arrangements like this have a lot of power. They spark conversations, they entice a couple to become closer and increase intimacy. They are healthy and creative and the colors are just bright and playful. It’s good for monthniversaries, anniversaries, graduation, or just a simple I think about you and I care. Nice customer service but they didn’t transcribe the delivery address as I stated so there was a problem with the delivery guy. He was very rude to the recipient but manager handled it very well.

edible arrangement rocks!!! such a nice alternative to flowers or balloons or wine.
i have used them on numerous ocassions (congratulations, thank you, new baby, get well, and even just because)
they offer a variety of arrangements and baskets, bowls, vases, or boxes. plain fresh fruit as well as dipped in chocolate.
the delivery is super fast, we have always done next day, and have never had a problem.
one time, they didn’t have the vase we chose so they called and offered us a different vase and threw in a complimentary balloon for the inconvenience.
everytime we send an arrangement we get a very happy and grateful thank you call immediately.

I absolutely adore edible arrangements for its fresh fruit and fresh take on the typical flowers and chocolates. It’s a great way to make any occasion extra special. I just received an arrangement for my birthday that had an array of fruits including green apples dipped in chocolate; definitely a first for me. The arrangement was not only beautiful, but delicious! It was so big, everyone in my office had a piece of it. I highly recommend edible arrangements if you want to bring a smile to that special someone and win some big time brownie points!
