The absolute worst. I do not know who they have working there but they should really clean house and start again. horrible. First of all my pizza claimed to have been delivered on the online tracker, which it was not. I called to ask what was going on and was given nothing but attitude, so I asked to speak to a manager. The young lady i was speaking to asked why did I need to speak to the manager, I responded with because I am asking to, then with nothing but pure attitude says FINE. The woman who claimed to be manager was not helpful at all. She clearly has not idea about anything. She was confused as to the online pizza tracker. An hour and half later, mind you I live on miracle mile, the food was finally delivered– it was wrong. I called about 4 times on hold for over 15 – 20 minutes each time. When i finally spoke to the«manager» again, her only response was«you can give a bad review if you want«and hung up. Do not order from here. Save your time, your money, and your sanity.

This happened a few days ago and Wrote this email to dominos corporate and have not even heard from them so I figured all the Unilocalers should know. «Until tonight domino’s has been my family’s 1st choice for delivery pizza. Tonight my daughter asked for pizza for dinner and I placed my family’s order before 8 pm. The website stated my pizza would arrive between 30 and 45 minutes. After 1 hour and 30 minutes my 3 year old daughter finally fell asleep without dinner. I was so upset I called the store to get the status of my order. The manager had NOSYMPATHY for me and my daughter going to sleep without dinner, and sounded frustrated that I was even calling. She started blaminga the rain and I stated in stopped raining 2 hours ago. I asked what was the eTA and she really couldn’t tell me other than the order left. I told her part of my order would not even be eaten as my daughter fell asleep and her response was „what do you want me to do“. I told her I shouldn’t even be paying for this terrible service. She told me that she would give me a $ 6 discount. This is the worse case of customer service I have experienced in many years. When the pizza arrived it was barely warm. I highly recommend you spend less money trying to reinvent yourself from „Domino’s Pizza“ to „Domino’s“ and more time training your managers on how to time manage, set realistic expectations for its customers, and above all handle a dissatisfied customer who has every reason to be upset with a little more compassion. Remember without customers and repeat business they would have no job. I do hope this complaint reaches Someone in your organization who actually still believes customer satisfaction is not just a phrase but words that actually mean something.»

Worst customer service ever encountered in all my life dealing with Domino’s. The persons working the phone should really take a 101 course on politeness instead of cutting the customer while it speaks and also decide that they have an gps installed in their head which is actually better define as installed in their behind. The funny thing is that the attendant that picked up the call decided to place my on hold for 8 minutes and then hang up on me. Guess what? you do deliver to the address and next time before making assumptions that you know where all the streets are in Coral Gables make a simple input in your computer and realize that you dont know shoot and being ahole with the customer wont take you anywhere. Worst service ever. I recently moved about one block from this location and have ordered from them several times. I don’t really expect much service from places like Dominos especially in Miami, but this location has terrible service. They mess up the order in some way every single time. Usually when I walk in the cashier is on the phone or with another customer. Not once have I been greeted or received eye contact from any of the other employees even if they are doing nothing. One time, I submitted an order online and showed up when it was supposed to be ready. They told me that they didn’t have the order because they cancelled the wrong one when someone else called. I had to make the order there and wait. I told the cashier 3 times what I wanted and it was cheaper than I expected, but he promised he put it in correctly. I got the wrong thing and the guy just said sorry and didn’t offer any discount or anything. I was so sick of being there that I just left with what they gave me. I would give it one star, but the quality of the food, if they don’t burn it and they give you what you asked for, is about typical compared to other Domino’s. I won’t go back, which is a shame because it is so convenient and I was a regular Dominos customer before I moved to the area.

Shitty. Terrible attitudes, delivery arrived cold AND burnt and I was missing items from my order. I called the store over 10 times — no response — not even a voice system. The online tracker said my food had been delivered already but 30 minutes later my food had yet to arrive. When it finally came, I STILL tipped the driver, but when I realized I was missing stuff I called down to security at the front gate to stop him and he said he didn’t forget anything, he wasn’t checking and he wasn’t coming back. Never again. Food was barely edible and the employees are as incompetent as they come! Terrible experience and I will never order from them again.

Horrible customer service, they hang up on me 3 times the other night… I went there in person and the lady that was there was on the cell on a personal call when she finally got to me, i told her i called 3 times… And she gave me a dirty look like: «so what?» She was making a pizza and grabbing the cheese with the same hand she used to charge me… The lady at front of me… NAsty. This is sad Since i live only a block away…

So I am in town with my son and I order a pizza, I order it at about 1 a. m, a simple thin crust pizza with pepperoni. Almost an hour and a half later the delivery guy shows up with a box full of dough and cheese. A sloppy mess, the messed up thing is no one will now answer the phone and I am stuck with this horrible mess of a uncooked pizza … Thanks a lot guys. I am sure Mr. Monaghan would be very proud. I know my hungry son was not. Never again.

I have ordered from them a few times, and the pizza is usually good. I had one time where there wasn’t enough sauce so now I order extra sauce and don’t have that issue any more. Just as good as the other local pizza joints for a much better price. The mon-Thursday carry out 3 topping is a great deal. Add a bunch of other toppings and $ 13 for a loaded pizza works for me.

I have had really bad experiences at this place but tonight was the worst. They forgot to give me the molten cakes and I only realized when I got home. When I went back to complain they didn’t even say sorry. Then when I had to wait for them to make it I noticed a roach climbing on the wall, climbing everywhere. I told one of the workers and she just smiled and told me they had it under control. Horrible place!!!

I hate this location. I have had horrible experiences with them on several occasions. I ordered for carryout to avoid waiting a long time since every time I order they always take over and hour well when I went to the store to pick up the pizza and I had to wait HALFANHOUR to receive my pizza. I was so annoyed and the staff was not very friendly. The pizza was there just sitting while the staff kept on talking between themselves. I had to receptively ask the staff whether my pizza was ready. The pizza in itself was cold and dry, there was barely any cheese or sauce. It is not the first time either that my order has not been correctly made or tastes bad. Not worth it in my opinion. Very disappointed because I have been a Dominos clients for YEARS… I will not be ordering pizza from this location anymore.

If I could give them zero stars I would. My girlfriend ordered pizza for us at 10:30PM and was told it would arrive within 45 minutes. After about an hour and 15 minutes we finally called back to ask where our order was. The lady who answered who barely spoke English told her that the order had been delivered and was signed for. My girlfriend explained that we did not receive an order so the driver obviously went to the wrong house. The lady became very argumentative and suggested that we were lying Which I found personally insulting. Moreover she refused to credit our account back the charge. I don’t know if this is a franchise or corporate owned store but As a business owner myself I can tell you that if one of my employees ever treated a client that way they would lose their job immediately. As it stands I will never ever do business with this dominoes or any other for that matter again.

5 stars want to know why? Because for the past two years that I’ve ordered from here, they are prompt with the delivery. My pizza is always hot, tasty and my wife loves Dominos. The Dominos Android app is great to track your delivery. Dominos hasn’t failed us, keep up the good work guys.

This location is terrible. Made an order of two Pan pizzas for pick up, and when I get there they said my order was being delivered. I was assured that due to their mistake we would not be charged a delivery fee, but when I got home my wife said we were charged a delivery fee and of course she tipped the delivery person because it’s not their fault. We called the location to complain and they said they would give us a credit on our account. We called today to use our credit and turns out that it’s not an account credit, it is actually a «buy one get one» coupon that is not valid on PANPIZZAS, the only pizza we eat from dominoes, the pizza that was from the messed up order. I tried explaining to the employee and to the manager that the messed up order was for Pan pizzas, but they said there was nothing they could do for me. No manager override, no way to keep the customer happy. So dominoes effectively stole money from me. I will not be ordering from this location again.
