Burger King

Worst. BK. Ever! I rarely eat fast food, but stopped here with a friend recently because he just «had» to have one of their crispy chicken sandwiches. Just as reviewers Ralph and Yanira experienced, when I came here, they were out of several common items. Read on for more:
My friend ordered his crispy chicken sandwich and a water, I ordered a Whopper, Jr with fries and a regular drink. We were also planning to order a sundae to split. This is when things started to go awry…
Strike 1: The cashier looked up at us when we ordered the sundae and said «We don’t have ice cream». I chuckled, as I could plainly see the sundae listed and pictured on the menu board. She said «I’m serious, I mean we’re out. We don’t have ice cream».
Great. I told her to forget about the sundae, I paid and she handed me my cup.
Strike 2: I went to the Coke machine which is one of the newer style that’s loaded with carbonated water and, like, 100 different syrups and flavorings so it can create several different flavored water or soda combinations. At least ½ the selections were greyed out — They didn’t have the ingredients to make them.
Strike 3: It took well more than 10 minutes for us to get our relatively simple and straightforward orders. They only had 1 woman in the back making the sandwiches and burgers, and one could see she was moving at a snails’ pace. Also, it seemed that their full concentration and priority was on filling «to go» orders for the drive up window customers, those of us who were at the counter took lower priority.
Strike 4: After the cashier saw us waiting for several minutes, she asked us if she could have our receipts back so she could try and fill our orders… Evidently the printout with our orders had been discarded, or given to other customers in their bags.
Strike 5, and the biggest sin of all: I asked for ketchup for my fries. Her answer? «Sorry, we’re out of ketchup. I can give you packets of mayo». Seriously? A place known for burgers and fries, both of which come with ketchup, has run out of ketchup?
So this McDonalds is not only slow and terribly disorganized, but they were also out of ice cream, most soft drinks and ketchup on this day. How does that happen?

I just coming from this Burger King and the service was so bad and the manager have very bad attitude today is dec 30 by 8:27 pm

Had a sweet tooth & drove to the drive thru to find out they RAN OUT OF COOKIES !! Ordered a honey mustard chicken wrap to find out that I actually ordered a honey mustard tortilla soup with 1 piece of chicken. Drenched in sauce.

Although the last couple of months (Oct. — Nov. 2013) have been better, this is by far the worst ran BK I’ve ever been to. The Coke machine is always out of Coke. I’ve been told that there are no fries and nuggets a couple of times… I mean really? I am a Coca Cola freak and 1 or 2 times they had no Coke period.
It was just remodeled so it looks great, but that doesn’t make up for the poor service I’ve received there.
I went with the 2 stars, not 1, because I went about 2 weeks ago and everything went smooth and I went again 2 days ago and they we’re nice enough to serve me lunch 25 minutes before they we’re supposed to and I didn’t ask them to do that so that was cool.
Hoping the place is as good as it’s been the last 2 times for the futuew!

Very bad service. The person on the to go service was very rude and when we came in to speak with the manager She didn’t seem to care much. Good location, very bad service

Ok I seldom if ever go to a BK but I wanted a drink and I was walking by. All I can say is ICK. This place is dirty and in desperate need of remodeling. Weird because the BK Headquarters is just down the street so you think they care that this place is a mess. Well, no line at least, but still had to wait till the gal in front of me got off her cell phone so I cold order. One look into the kitchen and I’m glad I didn’t get any food.
Avoid.

Everything about this Burger King seems normal, and it’s as you would expect at any BK restaurant… that is until you get to the counter and are greeted by a really nice girl who is smiling and even laughs with you when you laugh about not being sure what you want.
Well, in all, this BK gets five stars b/​c in BK terms it is as good as it gets — this in no way means that is up there with the fanciest of restaurants, but the staff certainly earned their stars with their nice attitude and the cleanliness of the restaurant.
Four stars b/​c my onion rings tasted as though they were old, and the ketchup dispenser was empty.
Please note — I went to this BK at 5:30pm — it was not a high traffic hour — I cannot speak of lunch/​dinner time attitudes and location. Also, if you have kids — this BK has a playroom separate from the dinning room.
