The staff is nice but slow. The store’s inventory is limited, so you are better off buying from their website.

BURBERRY STORE at Village of Merrick park is just horrible. Staff is absolutely unprofessional and don’t care about the costumers experience. Store advertises 9PM as weekdays closing time but employees often close the store doors at 8:40PM which is totally inconsiderate and unprofessional towards costumers. COSTUMER SERVICE IS NON-​EXISTENT. F+ F+ F+
