First they lost my old MRI’s left in their custody for future comparison. Just a «Dam we lost them». No apologies, no reparations… nothing. They don’t care.
Today I have been in the phone 45 minutes trying to make an appointment for ultrasound… just second rate music and third rate sound.

Usually Baptist Urgent centers are fast efficient and good but this time I don’t know what happened over a two hour wait and no one cares

Great place. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There was slight delay while I waited for an exam but the staff came in to let us know the cause & that we would be seen soon. They offered us something to drink & blankets (it was chilly). All test were smooth and professional. Equipment looked state-​of-​the-​art shiny & new.
They actually have parking spaces in the building garage reserved for patients & they validate!!! Super– plus.

I had an MRI at Baptist Medical Plaza at Coral Gables and they are absolutely fabulous. From the minute I walked into the door to the moment I left, they were courteous, informative and I felt comfortable and at ease.
The registration staff was polite and quick. I was in the back very quickly. Before and during the MRI, the tech explained every detail of what would be happening during the exam, what I would be hearing, etc. I was given headphones to listen to soothing music and believe it or not, even with all that noise, I dozed off a bit.
The MRI took a long time, but I didnt even realize it thanks to very courteous staff and a great MRI technician. Thank you!!!
