such poor customer service. walked into this place and was greeted by a customer behind the front counter, no regular employees in sight. the employees were over in a corner watching a soccer game on tv. to busy to take care of customers. walked around for about 15 minutes before deciding to leave. the other store in Kendall where I would take my bike for service was so much better. you were greeted when you walked in the door, too bad it closed. can’t say I will ever come back here. too bad you can’t put a negative star, because that’s what this place ranks.

$ 250 for a bike fitting, I understand you have cutting edge technology but that’s not what everyone needs. A seat and handlebar adjustment seems like a service that is a reasonable thing to have at a shop but not here. Reason for such a poor review is the way my question was fielded, as if $ 250 was a reasonable price for a fitting and that I was crazy for asking for something more simple. This place is way to high scale for no reason, broaden your horizons I bet you would make more money
