Fabulous experience with Erick! He turned my long but untamed locks into a beautiful, fresh cut! I couldn’t be more pleased! Also, for those who especially enjoy getting their hair washed, he really does a fabulous job washing and massaging the scalp!

As always Alberto never disappoints. He’s always so accommodating and knows exactly what I want without even having to tell him! I don’t trust anyone else in Miami with my hair and I’m glad I’ve been with him for years!
They now have a great lady to do your manicure and pedicures. On Tuesday,
Wednesday, and Thursday they have a blowout special for $ 30 and mani/​pedi for $ 35! Can’t beat those prices in the heart of coral gables! Please be sure to call for an appointment and more details on their weekday specials!

I cannot say enough about 231 Salon. I’ve had the same hairdresser since 2006 until he went back to Brazil 9 months ago. Since then I’ve been through a struggle finding someone who knows how to layer. Similar to Meg Ryan hairstyles. Lots of layers!
I tried another salon last week and came out with a disastrous bob haircut. I read a grew review about 231 Salon and phoned with my tale of woe. They were so very nice and I went in today to talk with Erick.
And I came out with a truly beautiful haircut because his hands are magical with scissors! He is a master of exquisite layering and that’s very hard to find! I have found my new hairdresser and will no doubt be going here for years to come.

Alberto knows his stuff. If you go you will receive excellent service and he is very very meticulous. You will not leave disappointed. I have been there 3 times and he has done a marvelous job. My hair is so beautiful and healthy thanks to him :)
