Best Chinese I ever had. House combo fried rice is my go to food here. You can also ask up to 5x spicy on the fried rice. Egg drop soup is absolutely amazing here. Don’t forget the egg rolls also!

One of the best Chinese food places in town. My fiancé loves their 5 times spicy fried rice, it’s just spicy enough to make him sniffle(he likes ghost pepper hot) their lo mien is great, has a lot more onion and cabbage than noodles but it’s still tasty regardless. Their«egg rolls» are spring rolls and are absolute perfection. The orange chicken is a little on the spicy side but at least the sauce is evenly coated on all the chicken! For the price you get two-three meals worth of food.

I love the food here! I believe this is probably the best Chinese food I have ever had, and certainly better than anywhere even near here. Food is hot and comes out quickly. Flavors are amazing. Service is fast, friendly and efficient! I have been here for lunch, dinner and carryout and have had an excellent experience each time! Also, prices are great too, especially considering the quality and amount of food you get! Love this place!

Great little place in a stripmall. Food was cooked great and was fresh and hot. This place stays packed and I must say the staff is friendly and when you first look at the restaurant you would expect it to not be so packed but it stays packed all the time and the food stays consistently good all the time. Nice little place all around. I would recommend any of the chicken dishes was so good.

Let’s just say the food is so good that the place is standing room only for pick up…

My family and I decided to give Szechuan a try. It’s located in a rundown strip mall which was making us happy that there was still daylight. We ordered our food to go. The order consisted of chicken fried rice, chicken lo mein, sweet and sour chicken, the General Tso’s chicken and egg rolls. This is what we always order when trying a new Chinese Restaurant. If they mess these up, then we don’t come back. Everything was cooked perfectly. No need to add soy/shoyu sauce(I only use Aloha Shoyu sauce). Normally that’s e first thing we add is sauce. The kids had the sweet and sour chicken and most cases when order it to go, it is soggy by the time you’re at home. Not the case tonight. My husband is extremely picky when it comes to Chinese food and he too was thoroughly please! My three year old went back for seconds and tried for thirds(he had his food and some of the lo mein) but we had to cut him off. He loved it so much that he tried to stuff himself. We will definitely order from here again! Oh and the staff was very friendly!

Love this place, Great food, good service, good prices. Family owned and operated. They do need to update the décor in the place

I love their pork fried rice and crab puffs, however, I have been less than impressed with other dishes. Maybe I just didn’t order the right dishes because my husband loves this place. The staff is very friendly but the atmosphere is a little dark and dingy.

I only ordered from here once, and that was it for me. I had the General Tso’s chicken. Something seemed very funky about it. It had a weird tangy taste to it, almost vinegary. Didn’t help that the chicken was very rubbery. I love having leftover chinese food the next day, but I couldn’t even save it for leftovers. I’ll stay faithful to Beijing Café.

We love this place. The staff is very friendly, and the portions are really big. The only thing I would like to see is more lunch and dinner specials. When feeding a big family, every penny counts.

This is my favorite hometown spot, and have been going my whole life. Their entrees are huge, lunch is cheap, and everything is fresh. If you want the best egg rolls ever, go here! Mama Chien is the sweetest lady ever, and she’ll remember details about you… So become a regular, and she’ll chat your ear off. I live in Houston now, and this is THE one place I always beg to go when I go visit family… And this is the benchmark for all other Chinese I eat. If it’s not Mama Chien good, it ain’t good! :) Oh, and hands down the BEST sesame chicken you’ve ever had. Guaranteed.

Best Chinese food in Cove. I’ve been going here with my family since I was a kid. If you go at lunch, the prices are even better, as you can usually get an entrée + an egg roll + soup for under $ 7.

The outside makes this place seem terrible. The inside was very nice and soothing, dimmed lights and nice décor but wasn’t to fancy(which is good). Ordered the Szechuan Chicken with Dumpling soup and steamed rice. The soup came out right away, broth was good but dumplings were all stuck together and wasnt’ as warm as the dish itself. The main dish came out and the rice was very good and the chicken was great as well. I asked for it extra spicy and it was slightly spicy. My only complaint was the vegetable choices, there was a HEAVY amount of celery and I mean I ate the dish per normal and had a lot of it and had to separate it towards the end because I was sick of tasting it. There was little to no broccoli and it could use some onions and more peppers. Overall the waitress was nice and attentive, the food tasted great minus the overwhelming amount of celery. I would highly suggest trying this place to see if its something of interest.

Nothing special whatsoever… but, if you’re looking decent food with bland taste — I’ve found your spot.

Chinese restaurants are normally pretty tacky in their aesthetic and a little dirty and well this one is no different. The food is good, proportions are very generous and the cute old ladies running around helping you are the best.

Best chinese food in town! I will always pick Szechuan’s over other chinese food places… to make it even better the service is always great and the staff is very friendly!

Best Chinese food in Copperas Cove and even surrounding Killeen area. Reasonable low prices for the large dishes offered. Family-owned business with good customer service. I love the crab puffs as an appetizer. Highly recommended restaurant.

Excellent Chinese food at excellent prices. Unfortunately with the changing of time also the changing of businesses surrounding it… it’s engulfed in GC Services(some sort of money/tax collector phone call service) on both sides with a few normal businesses scattered between(Heidi’s, and a craft store). However, that has not lessened the goodness of their food. I often come here when I visit Copperas Cove. I can’t recommend any particular thing because everything that they serve is great! I hate hot and sour soup, but all the people I’ve gone here with like it – they think Szechuan’s has the best they’ve ever tasted!
