Impressive is the word that comes to mind, when I think about the service I received today. I had the pleasure of speaking with a very passionate business owner. She read me very well, knew her product, and was right there with finishing touches and very helpful advice. All of this made my experience worth it one hundred percent. Not too mention my order arrived within hours, same day. On Mother’s Day weekend. Thank you Michelle for taking the time to give me the service I don’t think I could have gotten anywhere else. From anyone else. I am looking forward to your email so I may sign up for regular deliveries.

Very nice products and service. If you are familiar with Copperas Cove, there aren’t exactly a LOT of service options. I wanted to pick up some flowers for my mother in law. I searched around and there were a few options in the area, but I landed at Michele’s. Please note, if you are using the Unilocal iPhone app, the address does NOT show up right. This place is in the shopping center next to Jack in the Box.
Anyway, the lady working there was very friendly. I let her know I wasn’t from around there. I just told her how much I wanted to spend and she made a pretty bouquet for me. To top it off they have a happy hour special that I was just in time for so I got hooked up! The only tiny thing I didn’t care for was that they spray a perfume on the flowers. It wasn’t horrible or anything and I’m sure a lot of people may like it. I’m just not a fan because I like the smell of fresh flowers.

This is the most beautiful floral shop I’ve been into in a long time! They have lots of really great, quality gifts to choose from. Also, their flower selection is nice, and the arrangements always look beautiful! The ladies who work there are so extremely sweet and helpful. And the owner, Michele, has had the shop for like 20 years, and it seems to me that she’s really been doing a good job running the place.
