Elisia’s Lawn Care Service

I called this company on a Friday and set up lawn care service for the following Monday. On the day of my allotted appointment time, the gentleman called me 45 mins before my appointment to tell me that he would not be able to service my lawn. According to him, my grass was too high and he did not have the proper equipment to perform the service.
I am confused as to why he would wait the day of my appointment to check out my property. He was forewarned that the grass was a mess and in need of a serious mow. I explained to him that we had been renting out our property for the last 5 years, and the renters obviously did not keep up with the lawn care.
The customer service this company offers is obviously not a top priority. Unfortunately I have to give at least one star. If I had an option, I would give no stars. Because I was left high and dry, I had to contact another lawn care service. I decided to go with Five Brothers Lawn Care and Chimney Sweeps. The gentleman was very pleasant, and scheduled me for services the following day. What I like the most is that he will be coming by today to look at my property, and regardless of the condition, he has the proper equipment to perform the jobs they advertise.

Edward did a great job with our lawn. He was fast and efficient. I was really happy when he brought out the weedwacker too. Really professional and just 40 $ for my big yard.
