Moving from Texas to California
Bad Review:
1. Budget Truck Company didn’t have my car trailer on my pickup date and time
Good Review:
1. The guy working inside of pickup location is awesome and is great with customers
2. Budget not having trailer there is not his fault but he worked really hard to fix situation
3. Was able to get a trailer there by lunch time and allowed us to leave with truck to load it up than come back.
4. Gave discount for inconvenience.
5. Great with Military
6. Truck rain great, got it on a full tank of gas
Summary:
Do not call Budget hotline to get help. They are in some different country and don’t want to help. So go into this Budget store and he will do everything he can. If I ever move back I will go through this guy!
