Don’t walk to «Yoga from the Heart» run! The classes are so therapeutic. You are taught how to stretch, breath, into the holding pose, and relax, going into inner happiness. Comfort is the feeling you will have in the studio. The teachers are fantastic. Jan’s class is magic!

After looking through many yoga establishments. I finally set on going here. The yoga teachers are extremely inviting and help you with your poses in a way that is dignified. The students are accommodating and the aura of the place itself is very peaceful. From young to old, beginner to advanced, you will not feel left out.
What truly sold me was the payment plan. As a college student, money can be tight, but I was able to get to know the establishment and the practice without feeling like practicing yoga was a privilege for the wealthy. Thank you!

Having practiced yoga for several years I was interested in taking my practice to a deeper level. From the fist day I stepped through the doors of the studio I was met with a sense of a compassionate caring community. The deeper I go into the training the more I appreciate the knowledge of Jan and the staff at YFTH. They are always willing to share their vast knowledge while giving support and encouragement. If you are interested in teaching or simply have a desire to deepen your yoga practice I highly recommend Jan and YFTH. Be ready to become a member of the YFTH family.

Before I started yoga teacher training, I was doubtful that I would ever teach a yoga class. (Though I went on to teach for about a year.) I was interested in honing my personal practice and curious about yogic philosophy. I did learn everything I needed to know about breaking down yoga asana and keeping my body safe during my yoga practice. What I didn’t expect was that yoga philosophy would completely change my mindset. It has opened up my perception and made me more emotionally resilient. Even when the times are tough, I have a much better skillset to deal with them, because I have a completely new emotional tool box after completing yoga teacher training.
