As friendly as any other nail place can be. They talked to each other the whole time, which was fine because I just wanted the relaxation. I was there for a good hour with my pedicure. The lady did a great job with the massage and the polish and everything in between. The only thing that I can complain about is the look of the place. It’s not elegant or nice or luxurious in any way. They have the same fluorescent lighting as Walmart. And I’m really surprised that this place is in Coppell which has nothing but beautiful shops, restaurants and stores. It’s too skuzzy for Coppell.

A few days later my cuticles started peeling. I get manicures because I have a bad habit of picking at my cuticles so this manicure did the opposite effect. Now my cuticles are all peeled and it makes my nails look terrible. I will not return.

One word. PAIN.
The lady took all the skin off from the corners of my nails. Then, she filed and buffed not only my nails but didn’t forget to include running that rough thing over the areas of skin she just removed. After that, she proceeded to jam her long nail down around my nail beds (where I have no skin left) to scrrraappeeee away polish that got on my now excoriated skin. My fingers are blazing with pain. Pretty paint job doesn’t look so cute with beefy fingertips.
Won’t go back.

Wow!!! You are all high for thinking this place has great customer service. And yes, they’re quick. So quick that they leave half of your nail bed unpolished and leave nail polish all over your fingers. But I guess since I only came in for a color change, I’m not that important (i.e. $$$).
None of the techs talk to you. They all babble in their language, probably talking about how fat your jeans make your ass look. This place is so lame. I couldn’t get out of here fast enough. I didn’t even wait for my polish to dry. Whatever.

I really like this place! All the Staff was very friendly and helpful. They made sure and kept me informed on the price change whenever I added something to my Mani or my Pedi. Something I really appreciated… I hate going to a new salon and then finding out my total is something I hadn’t imagined it would be. Pricing was exactly what I expected and was even told that on Monday and Tuesday they have specials. I definitely plan on going back!

This place was recommended to me and I have been going for several months for pink & white (solar) nails. Cindy is excellent because she has never made my fingernails ache or bleed – something that seems to happen too frequently at some of these places. I get compliments on my nails frequently. Prices are good, the staff is friendly and there is a steady stream of regular customers, which I think is a very good indication of quality.

I really like this place. The staff is very friendly and fast. The shop is clean and easily accessible from Denton Tap. Every pedicure station features a full massage chair and they have the standard magazines to choose from while you wait. Pricing is fairly standard — $ 20 for full pedicure. For my daughter to get her nails and toenails painted was $ 10.
I have been solo and also with my daughter, who is 5. The staff was great with her. I definitely recommend this place.
