My hookup for Lucido’s Pasta is through Susan Lucido at Four Seasons Markets. My favorite pasta flavor is the Whole Wheat Garlic, and their pesto is absolutely to die for! Fresh fresh fresh!

Five HUGE stars for Lucido’s Pasta and Herbs! Lucido’s sells home made dry pasta, ravioli, Italian sausage, gnocchi, tortellini, fresh herbs, and canned products at both the Coppell Farmers Market and Four Seasons FM. They sell at several other FM’s listed on their website as well. The dry pasta is the BEST you can buy! There are lots of flavor and shape options. The lemon pepper fettucini, bow tie tri-flavor mix, and garlic angel hair wheat pasta are the top three favorites in our house. These pastas are a little different than the stuff you buy in the store. The flavor is more pronounced, and you have to stir the hell out of it or it sticks together. This pasta is also almost impossible to overcook. We love it al dente. Sugar Bear would steer you back to the frozen ravioli section to give you a personal tour of his top selections.(Lucido’s…y’all should hire this man… he is your greatest fan!) His top pics would be any of the mushroom ravioli(there are several: portabella, wild, and chicken mushroom), the artichoke mezzaluna, and the smoked chicken. My favorite is the butternut squash ravioli and the seasonally offered pumpkin ravioli. YUM! The Italian sausage ROCKS. These links are so lean that you have to add water to your pan not to burn them. The flavor is AMAZING! They are jam packed with fennel, so you will be belching that spice for the next 24 hours after counsuming your sausage. Totally worth it! The other item not to be missed from this vendor: Chipotle Olives. HELL to the YES for these! I almost hate to mention them because if you buy them, they might not have enough for us. We are kinda greedy you know! YUM-A-LICIOUS!
