Cowboy Touchdown Travel

Paid almost $ 2400 for a package in December to see Cowboys vs. Giants game. Cowboy Touchdown Travel took money and didn’t book any of our hotel room, tours, food, etc. All we got was two measly tickets to the game which had a value of $ 250. No return phone calls, no emails, no final promised itinerary for trip. Thank goodness we didn’t book our flight through them or the whole trip would of been a bust. Don’t trust this company. Now they are claiming to Visa because tickets were left for us at the hotel (which was not paid for) that they completed their end of the bargain. This happened to multiple parties that came in for the game and we heard from the hotel (Marriott) that other games were also treated the same way. Bad, bad business!!! No apology ever came our way!
