I reached out to this florist on the day prior to Thanksgiving in need of a center piece. The guy i spoke with sold me into the large most expensive arrangement, promising it would be well worth the upgrade. This display fell short of it’s $ 120.00 price tag in more ways than one. if nothing else, it should have had fresh flowers. By Thanksgiving, the majority of the flowers wet wilted and discolored. The piece wasn’t even full and much smaller than was indicated. This florist failed to provide what they promised.

A dozen red roses wrapped (no vase) for $ 79.95? Really? For that price they need to throw in dinner and a movie. Thanks for stealing from the customers.

I just received flowers for Mother’s Day. They are the grocery store equivalent of a $ 19.99 bouquet. I know he paid $ 80.00 and I feel that he was ripped off.

On February 13, 2013 I ordered flowers via phone for my daughter. February 14^th my daughter told me that the florist left a message on her cell phone to call them. She did and she stated that they called the wrong person as they should have called me (her mother). This ruined the surprise for her for Valentines at this point. I called them and they said that they did not have the flowers to make the arrangement I chose and could not deliver the arrangment. After numerous calls to inquire about my refund most of which were not returned I still have not received my refund from them. Employee Bridget was rude to my daughter when she inquired about the phone call from Warren. I called and left messages for Mgr. Reggie to call me back with the status of my refund and he as of today 2÷21÷2013 has not.

Hubby called and asked for something «visually stunning» and this is what was delivered to my work for my bday before 10am. I got to enjoy these all day. Roses, lillies, no filler, no babies breath nor fern which I do not care for. Beautiful and fragrant flowers only for me. While I usually don’t like leaving 5 star reviews, I could not find one negative about this place. Hubby said phone experience was not a problem and overall experience was one that he would endure again. Yay! I cannot wait for my next delivery from this place.
