I currently have 2 containers with 1−800-Packrat. I called to add a third and possibly a fourth and was told that each container would be almost double the price of my others. I suggested that a loyal customer should be charged LESS rather than more for increased business and asked if he could at least match my current pricing. I was put on hold for about 10 minutes and then was told that he could bring the price down, but not as low as what I currently have. When I said that I would call some other companies to get some quotes and get back to him, he just hung up on me. Maybe I will clear my stuff out and bring all of my business elsewhere!

In moving across three states and over 1200 miles away we were naturally concerned about our mover. We have all heard it before but you guys actually practice it — you focus on it and you delivered it for us. From the arrival of our pods to the final delivery I learned true customer service. From your drivers, your operators and your affiliate HELPINGHANDS. I had that one voice on the phone who let me know exactly what was going on, when I could expect delivery and because we had multiple pods — which one came first. Kudos PACK-RAT and when our next move comes — and it will in the next year — I will call again.
