Quality Inn

I used to use this hotel all the time for our groups when they come to town. TODAY THAT ENDED. We had guests come from out of town and I booked a room with them through Travelocity. When my guests came with their confirmation number and PROOF THEY PREPAID. The hotel claimed that they had NO record. What is worse, Travelocity Tried to Send them a Fax and EMAIL to Show that the reservation was legit while my GUESTS had to stand there for 1 hour. The Front Desk Clerk Told them He could not accept that as proof since he did not have a fax machine Nor Email. He would not WORK to come to a solution to this problem. What he could of done was give them their rooms then work with TRAVELOCITY since they CONFIRMED the room was Paid for and the reservation was LEGIT!
IF YOU BOOKED THIS HOTEL THROUGH TRAVELOCITY HURRY UP AND CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION AND REBOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! I sent my guests to the Radisson. THey were very accommodating!
