After being ripped off by someone who told us they’d put a fence up on out 100×100 property we were at a loss. Our money was gone and didn’t know what to do, nor did we trust anyone after this. We were recommended by our landscaper/​family friend to Mickey at Southside. He sympathized with us, and went above and beyond to help us and make us feel comfortable. The job came out beautiful and more than 5 years later it’s still standing through all the crazy LI storms. Nothing is loose, discolored, falling apart, etc. Not to mention, after some local hooligans put holes in 2 of the PVC slats, we called Mickey and he sent guys out right away to replace them! Southside has been great and we’re actually looking into getting a shed made as well for the backyard!

Exceptional experience. Everyone on the team was extremely helpful with design, planning etc. The crew arrived on time as promised and worked within my specifications. After we decided to change some design elements the company even went as far as to order the materials so I could make my own adjustments in the future. Overall, an excellent experience.
