Went to lunch there today and the food was bad. Hamburger was dry and the fries not done. Floors are dirty and the cook yells each time an order is ready. It’s not like it used to be when I was there as a child. The staff was nice though.

This is the strangest Dairy Queen I have ever been to. My husband and I ordered two blizzards and when we got to the window the woman working handed us a bag. Inside the paper bag were our blizzards. I’m not sure why someone would put that in a bag but this was the strangest service.

Not sure what has happened as the service at this business has really gone down hill, the once friendly, efficient service has given way to being less than good. Today after being ignored at the counter we walked out. Customer service is desperately in need of improvement.

Worst dairy queen ive been to in any state. Service is well below standard for any fast food restaurant. Took over 20mins in the drive thru to get a blizzard and a strawberry milkshake, that where melted. Its the closest dq to my house. But I would drive to reedsport or Barveiws dairy queen with out a doubt.

This place is disgusting! They gave me a watered down(I mean literally, no ice cream, tasted like water) strawberry milkshake, and my husband a moldy bun! Not to mention, an heavy set blonde with a nose piece ring was very rude to my husband and looked stoned out of her mind. We had to go somewhere else and get food, I was afraid they spit in our food they were so foul! I will be calling to speak with a manager. I hate that I have to rate it even one star.

The worst dairy Queen I have ever had a meal from. My wife and I arrived there at 11:25 am we were becoming impatient when it was 5 till 12. We looked at the cashier with wonder in our eyes. You could see she was botherd by us asking where the hell our food is. Story short. The worst food ever. My burger was so freezer burnt that it tasted like Lamb. Fries were Luke warm and greasy with no crunch and to top things off the Pepsi was very tinny and old tasting. We did not stay for desert and will never eat there again.

This is one of the worst dairy queens around ! The service is so slow and they have very rude old ladies working there. Every time we go here there is one of the older ladies working and she is yelling and fighting with coworkers. It is very unprofessional for business. This place is not very clean either. It could use a good scrub. The cooks are very unkept and have long hair and are always sweating over food. Especially the male cook with dark hair. The food is not very good either .It is worth the drive for me to drive across town to the other DQ.

I love dairy queens but this one isn’t the best. I asked for a m&m blizzard and they gave me a chocolate milkshake with m&m on top, that’s not what I asked for at all, also it was so runny! My friend ordered a strawberry milkshake and it was so runny that he didn’t want to finish it. Not to mention very slow service.

Requires full identification when paying with Debit or Credit Cards despite being against the terms of service they agree to when accepting Visa and Mastercard transactions. They are putting peoples identities at risk. I had a sweet tooth tonight and decided to go through the drive-through after running errands. Ordered myself a blizzard ice-cream and pulled up to the window to pay. When I handed the lady(Supervisor«Lois») my Mastercard CreditCard(Which has a proper signature on the back) she asked me for identification. When I asked why she needed identification to purchase an Ice Cream she said«To verify this is your card». I politely explained(after she identified herself as a supervisor) what she is asking of customers constitutes a «Merchant Violation» as its a direct violation of the terms of service merchants agree to when accepting both Visa and Mastercard. I explained how its a complete misconception this protects anyone and is putting their customers as risk by exposing critical information identity thieves already work hard to obtain. She then proceeded to ask me multiple times«Is This Card Stolen?», «Are You Sure?», «Can I see something else with your name on it?». I told her again, continuously calm and politely, I will not be showing identification in order to protect my own identity. She than handed me my credit card back and said«Then I won’t take it» and I left. I have experience with family members having their identity stolen. Its years of hell and often is never truly resolved. Having your credit\debit card stolen is frustrating but these days is not a big deal. Customers have Zero Fraud Liability. [Card Acceptance Guidelines for Visa Merchants] Page 34: Merchants cannot as part of their regular card acceptance procedures refuse to complete a purchase transaction because a cardholder refuses to provide ID [Mastercard Rules(December 132013 edition)] Section 5.10.4: A Merchant may request but must not require a Cardholder to provide additional identification information as a condition of Card acceptance, unless such information is required to complete the Transaction, such as for shipping purposes, or the Standards specifically permit or require such information to be collected.

Dropped in here because it was close to campground. So good location but restroom access should be avoided.

Slowest drive-thru in town, I think! Oh, the duration at which I’ve sat at that window just for the sake of crunching into the frozen layer on the outside of a dilly bar! But slow or not, I keep going back once in awhile. ;-)

I had my first Bruiser Burger here in 1975. A couple years later, it was the first place I saw Pong and Pac-Man. I ate there last year with my kids and it was the same place after all these years.

Other than being too cold to eat comfortably inside, I have to say I love this particular DQ. Always offering good coupons, supporting the community and you know you’re in for a treat at DQ. It’s true! Why else do people go there? It’s an indulgence for sure, but what a great place to do it. I like to support those who show support for their customers and the community. DQ does that very well. And the chicken strip basket isn’t bad for fast food.

When you want soft serve you think dq right? This place won’t dissappoint. Nice service, clean, but a little beachy in appearance. The only reason I’m giving four stars is that they are a little slow.

I used to love DQ until they got the grillburgers, and I found 3 pieces of bone in the meat patty on two visits in a row. That was in the mushroom swiss burger. No veggies allowed at this place either. With chicken, you get fries, bread and white gravy. Occasional blizzard is all I ever stop there for anymore.
