Bay Clinic Llp

Has been an adequate experience with the doctors so far but the appt. people for the internal medicine department are awful! Four out of five times I have had to call back because they never called when they said they would to make an appt or a referral appt. Two out of three times they made a mistake on the date of my appt. And a couple times they changed the date of my appt without telling me. I have never encountered such bad customer service from a department before. Please work on your skills in this area!

Terrible customer service. I was in the ER over the weekend and told I urgently needed to get into a general Dr urgently after I left so I called Bay Clinic hoping to find one. I was told I absolutely cannot make an appointment without picking up paperwork to fill out, I said I am very sick can you please fax it? Took two days to get the fax from them even though I explained I really need to know if you will be able to get me in anytime soon or I need to look for someone else and they still couldn’t help expedite this. I faxed paper work back and was told I would be on an urgent list and did not hear from anyone by 4:30 Friday afternoon (I first called on Monday) so I called to ask what was going on with my paper work and if anyone had any idea whatsoever if I would be able to get in anytime soon and I was told that my paperwork was being circulated to different doctors to see who could take it… I had written clear as day on my paperwork what doctor I had requested. My insurance said this doctor was accepting new patients. I was told he couldn’t take me but they couldn’t have called to tell me that even with knowing I was trying to get into someone so soon? We get it– we are all busy but it shouldn’t take over 2 days to just call me after all of my follow up and being ignored and just let me know I cannot have that doctor for some reason even though he is accepting new patients? I’ve heard so many bad things from the community about this clinic and wanted to try it anyway but end the end I am glad they didn’t get me in, I will be driving out of town to Reedsport where my local doctor friends say to go!

I have been a patient at this clinic for many years but the treatment I have received from them lately has left me totally disgusted! I will stay home and die before I EVER have anything to do with this place again! I honestly do not know how they stay in business! I think it is very sad that people think that just because we live in a small town we deserve less. It is sad that all we can get here are Doctors that graduated in the very bottom of their classes.
