I do not recommend this company. They tell half truths and there were 20 mistakes on the paperwork that we received from the lender, even the address of the property was wrong. I had pointed out several times to Tim that the address was not our property and he assured us it was corrected, but the paperwork that he submitted to the lender had the wrong property listed & wrong interest rate. Imagine if we paid to have the wrong property appraised. We cut our loses, lost a week on our settlement but it was worth moving on to a more reputable mortgage company. Do not believe him, he is not the best.

I have used Sky Financial Services multiple times for mortgages and refinancing. They make the process efficient and transparent. Tim is always available to answer any questions. I have recommended their services to my family and friends and they have also been happy with Sky.

Tim VandeBunte, the broker, offers low interest rates on loans but does not disclose that he does not lock the rates until the end of the process at which time your rate and terms for the loan change. This company uses bait and switch to get the consumers to sign with them then closer to the closing dates one will find out that their rates are not as competitive and even worse than others. Consumers be aware you will waste money on appraisal and get not so competitive rate. Very disappointed
