We recently moved to a new home and within a week of moving in, it was evident that we needed help with pests. We use Truly Nolen at work so we decided to give their residential service a try. We signed up for the annual service and are very pleased with it. Any time that we see evidence of pests, they make a «free» (included in the annual service) visit asap, even outside of their regularly scheduled quarterly visits. The technicians are professional and courteous and provide a detailed listing of chemicals used at each visit, which are family and pet safe. I would recommend them to anyone needing assistance with pest removal or prevention.

I have been a long term Truly Nolen for both Pest control and lawn service. Dino has been our service technician for years and is always kind and professional and effective. It’s so nice to see he has been a long term employee there and that Truley Nolen relies on his expertise.
The lawn service hasn’t been so consistent. There is a lot of turnover in employees here and I can never remember anyone’s name and they all do something different. We did have Derek servicing our lawn at both this house and last but his workload has changed and he doesn’t cover our area. Such a shame since he too is long term and an expert in his field.
Our lawn, when serviced and we have no weeds does look the best. It’s a fact that we need pest and weed control here in SOFL and so we’ve come to a place where we are okay with pesticides in our space.
