Next door geeks was able to help me with my PC laptop. My hard drive crash in my internal fan went out and they were very… friendly and courteous and were able to get me back working. I would definitely go back to them for any computer repairs I need

Had an issue with a year old touchbook that my 19 month only daughter stepped on. The corner of the digitizer got a hairline crack and that threw off the touch capability. I’m pretty technical so I did my own research into the replacement part but couldn’t find many options that were reasonably priced.
On checking with Unilocal,Next Door Geeks had stellar reviews and they had just opened an outlet near to my house. A quick call and I was able to drop off the laptop that day. Guy walked me through my options and said there was no cost for diagnosis but he concurred with my opinion that the digitizer needed to be replaced.
Unfortunately, the price for the part itself was pretty cost prohibitive as I had seen, but Next Door Geeks did go out of their way to try and track down some alternatives. I can’t recommend them enough for their service. Should I have any issues with electronics in the future, I’m definitely giving them a call.
