Absolutely the worst experience with the rudest owner. I am disappointed I had to give any stars. From the moment my group walked into the shop the woman was extremely rude. We told here we were here for the 3pm class. She rolled her eyes and said, «well you are very late the class started at 230». I apologized and told her we thought it was at 3. Honest mistake, I would have been completely okay with the situation if she would have apologized and said that the class had already started and they can’t take people late. I would have been completely okay. Instead she announced to the class that they need to take a break because people showed up late. Absolutely uncalled for. They have eyes and ears and could hear the entire conversation going on right in front of them. She then told us how much money we owed and I paid her. My sister planned a last minute trip to visit me and I tried to book her another seat, but the class was full. I decided that I would let her take my spot and I would just watch. When the lady was checking us in she said you only have 2 spots and there were obviously 3 of us there. I responded, «oh I’m just going to watch». To which she said, «that’s not how it works». I was completely shocked by et rudeness, which I guess at this point I shouldn’t have been. I immediately responded with, «okay no problem». Then she replied with, «you can’t just come in here and make up your own rules…» At this point I had enough of her and I asked her if she was deaf as I already said its okay. At that point I left the store while the other two members of my group did the project. I can not believe this woman owns her own business!!! It is so very sad that people think this is the way to talk to people. I assume this is why she has so many specials on groupon, because she can not get business any other way.
