A nice small gym but if you sign up pay attention as you are committing yourself to 18 months as I learned. If there is a good turn out the equipment you might want might not be available. The 18 month commitment is not their fault but mine as I should have paid attention when signing up. The owner really does want to see you reach your goals but for some reason has a dislike for the main stream stores like Walmart or Target and even GNC even though a lot of the products they sell are rated highly in many consumer sites. The one thing I found that raised a red flag was as their training helped me lose weight but it had changes to my thyroid levels to where almost everything I did was in pain. My Doctor realized that changing my levels after 30 years of the same prescription was having a negative affect so he put me but to the same prescription and my system recovered. But the gym thought that with certain vitamins that would correct it. Believe me if you spent the month I did in pain you would not want to put your faith in a possible change in vitamins might correct it.
