Incredibly nice people. The owners are courteous and likeable. They aren’t pushy and will make you feel comfortable. I drive out of my way just to go to this gym. Also the size of the location is great. It may be a strip mall gym, but don’t let it fool you. I came from the bigger box gym and don’t regret it at all.
The atmosphere is nice. It’s big and spacious. Plenty of room to exercise in. The cardio equipment is up front, free weights behind that, and machines to the right. There is also a separate room for your own personal-​like space.
