My heating was leading to the outside where it accumulated $ 1,400 in electricity bills. Stevens said they were only responsible for $ 400. They took advantage of a college student and his ability to not take them to court. I ended up paying 5 months of electricity bills in 2 months ($ 1000) because they cant do their job. Please steer clear of stevens.

This company is the worst. We were trying to move from South Carolina and we wasted two weeks trying to move into one of their properties with changed move in dates, excuses about their clean up crews, and then once the date for our move in was changed, again, we started getting angry. On trying to contact all we got was rude people, avoided phone calls, no return calls, and excuses. They will give you the run around, hang up on you, and then refuse to talk to you altogether. Do not use this company. Avoid them at all costs.

DO NOT RENT FROM STEVENS REALTY! It is totally a scam and all they want is money and is extremely unprofessional. I cannot speak for all of the other realtors from their site but Paul Oakley is a LIAR! When I wanted to rent a fixer upper 3 bedroom house in goodlettsville i contacted the number and was told to text. He would not answer the phone but i texted him that I wanted to rent and he told me that it was available and that one other person was applying but they didn’t know if they wanted it or not. I told him I actually wanted it and had cash for deposit rent etc. He said great send in ur app and we will process it and get it going. Literally as soon as I sent in my payment, the ad was taken down and I never received a text. Finally when I emailed him he sent one sentence. this is no rent no longer available. Sorry. That’s it! He is so inconsiderate, a liar, unprofessional and duped me for a lousy $ 75. So I am warning you to not deal with Paul Oakley. He won’t even talk to you on the phone, only text who does that? DO NOT PAY AN APPLICATION FEE ONLINE. If u can’t go to the office or talk to then dont do it! If they won’t call you or meet in person, its a scam!

Pretty much the worst. They will find a way to squeeze un-​owed money out of you. They’re basically slumlords and the worst people to rent from. Worst renting experience of my life. I could write a long text about how awful they were but I am just going to end it here and strongly recommend you never renting from them if you ever want anything fixed or to not be harassed for money constantly. I paid all of my rent however all these extra fees kept popping up and they never answer your requests. They only contact you for $ and don’t care if your whole house is freezing or excruciatingly hot due to a never-​looked at AC.
